WHY MPI

MIDWEST RESOURCE MPI is a company based in the heart of the Midwest, Milwaukee Wisconsin. Our office is one block away from the Bucks basketball arena and is located among Milwaukee’s thriving business and entertainment sector. We truly care about giving back to the communities we work and live in, as well as the communities of our clients. We’ve worked with over 20 different industries throughout the country as well as two international locations. Ongoing training is critical for a successful cold calling campaign. We dedicate a large amount of time training our telesales representatives with the use of role-playing, reviewing recorded calls and discussing client feedback. We also utilize daily company huddles and training sessions for group engagement and collaboration. Our training has a strong focus on sales development so our team is constantly perfecting and growing their professional career.

Relationship management provides you with one point of contact responsible for coordinating needs, tracking and discussing results on a weekly basis and assisting in campaign strategy. Your program manager takes care of all campaign components which makes the lead generation process easy on your end. This eliminates the need for you to hire, fire, pay, motivate and manage internal employees.

Transparency is what you will find partnering with MPI. You will have 24/7/365 access to review all of your campaign’s activities and progress.

The MPI Portal is a web hosted and private portal. The information stored there is strictly confidential. The portal is a dashboard view of all facets of your call campaign. During the Onboarding Process you will be given a user name and password allowing you to access your portal page 24 hours a day from any web enabled device.

CALL RESULTSDaily and cumulative call results from day 1 of your campaign are displayed in this link. It will also provide you with dial to contact and contact to appointment ratios.

WEEKLY REPORTINGUnder this link, you will find your program summaries. These are also emailed to you weekly prior to your call-in with the program manager. They contain the call results from the previous week as well as cumulative results from the beginning of the campaign.

list that the MPI sales reps use to execute the call campaign.

PROSPECT PIPELINEThis category contains your sales pipeline which shows you the details of every appointment we’ve set for you since the

beginning of the campaign

RECORDED CALLSAll calls made on your behalf will be recorded, stored and available for you to review. This helps ensure that we are correctly positioning you in the marketplace. We will email the recorded calls to you for each appointment that is set. This will help you customize your appointment strategy to meet the particular needs and wants indicated by the prospect on the initial call. We also use these recorded calls for internal training purposes to continuously improve our messaging.

MPI Sales Reps are salespeople with prior sales experience. They are experts at engaging prospects on the phone. MPI Reps are incentivized to meet and exceed expected results. MPI Reps are measured on both quantity and quality or the level of qualification of those appointments.

Sales Academy. MPI invests a lot of time and effort into who we hire. We put all of our telesales representatives into our Sales Academy, allowing them to see their future in sales. We spend time figuring out what their goals are and then we help them achieve those goals. Whether they are growing within our company or finding better opportunities elsewhere, we are proud of our ability to shape the future of our business professionals.

Building the Foundation for Opportunity: Entering into the MPI Sales Academy, you’ll experience an extensive 18-month training and development program that will set you up for success. CONTRACT ACCEPTED – CLIENT OBJECTIVE PACKET Upon receiving our partnership agreement, your team will receive a Welcome to MPI packet. In this packet you will find various important guides and resources to assist with a successful partnership. You will also receive a Client Objective form which is a series of questions that are critical for our team to establish an understanding of your brand, service and messaging. It is key to provide thorough detail and heightened communication to properly move into the onboarding process.

ONBOARDINGOur onboarding process occurs over the course of 10 business days. This process has a series of meetings, developments and several action items. We will establish all campaign work-flow and logistics during this time. You will receive your scripting, assigned rep, portal knowledge and all technical set up.

RESEARCH, CREATIVE THINKING AND STRATEGIZINGDuring the onboarding process, our operations team works diligently to learn as much important information about your product and company to create the foundation of our lead generation strategy. We establish ways the campaign could benefit from additional outreach and marketing services. In addition, we create various marketing materials to support your product and company throughout the campaign. We clearly define and vet out all objectives.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTThrough persona development, 51 role plays and research manual, our training specialist prepares our telesales reps for certification. You will get the chance to meet and interact with your identified rep. We encourage transparency and feedback within this relationship for heighten success. Once they are certified and the onboarding process is completed, we are ready to begin!

ACTIVE OUTREACHWhen your assigned telesale rep gets on the phone, they guarantee maximum effort and a minimum of 155 dials to your prospects each week. We continue to update lists and notes after each call to ensure our data is always current. This is valuable information to leverage for future outreach. Our team will send a lead pass after setting each appointment that provides information about the prospect and the call. MPI also uses marketing materials to send as requests for information or email follow ups. CONTINUED DEVELOPMENTOur program manager has exposure to facets of your campaign and works closely to align all parts of the campaign.
