Terms and Conditions

Support• Daily support is available from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday via email only. Other

arrangements can be made for additional support.

Contract terms and conditions• All travel costs outside of London tube zones 1-2 have an additional surcharge for

travel time at £48/hour and will be charged to the minute

• All prices are excluding VAT

• Usage is the amount a user explores the media viewer. Only material usage that exceeds 30 seconds will be considered usage

• Overnights stays will require an additional £75 / Engineer

• Capture fees will be sent immediately a!er the property is published - we have a 30 day payment policy for all invoices

• Delays during or prior to shooting the property, rooms or areas for more than 25% of the expected shoot time will result in cancellation of the job as to not to have an impact on any subsequent jobs. (cancelled job will be charged at full rate)

• Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will carry a 50% cancellation fee based on the estimated job cost

• All products and services are for exclusive use of the licensing company. Third parties must be licensed separately

• Retired properties will be charged at 8% of the initial capture fee per annum

• Properties that are bought on the Fixed Fee model that are online for more than their packaged license period (usually 12 months) will have an annual renewal charge of 25% of the initial cost

• Inspired Labs captures and processes the media to the best of its ability at the price package selected. Any additional alterations for: faces, equipment reflections or other image irregularities can be subsequently adjusted at a £50/hour fee

• Fair use policy. A property with more than 100 viewings / month (Usage) will be charged at 5p/viewing aggregated across all media channels

• Additional materials such as video, music etc, will be charged back to the client

• For every 14 bubbles there is 1 outside bubble (Residential properties)

• For Residential properties with floor plans that have irregular shaped walls, non parallel, or generally complex beyond traditional square shape buildings may incur additional hourly charges £28/hour.

• We do not provide floor plans for commercial properties.

• We aim to deliver properties within 72 hours of the shoot

• We aim to be able to schedule a shoot within 72 hours of being notified of the instruction

• In the event of hardware failure during a shoot we will aim to have the reshoot within 48 hours of the failed date.

• Commercial buildings with partitions and walls covering over 50% of the floor space will be charged an additional 30% levy

• We finish properties to 95% accuracy for walk-through capability. From time to time images can appear very distorted or damaged.

• Each property is expected to provided a 300 viewing quota. If viewings significantly exceed consistently for your properties, we retain the right to include a usage cost of 5p / use.

• Any properties that are still live are 4 months we reserve the right to charge a fee of £8 / property / month.

Additional service fees• Integration services beyond standard integration documentation will be offered at

£78/hour.

• If you require bespoke IT integrations to your back office system, these will be reviewed and priced at £95/hour

• All face-to-face training beyond the agreed initial training allocation will be priced at the hourly rate of £78/hour
