Executive Summary

Creativity in business right now is really needed. There are many competitors so we should have innovation in product offer. We have bored with product that usually sell with the same taste. It’s like in doughnuts, many processed having same taste. Here we are innovating with the different taste, that is pumpkin. And this doughnut have many vitamin inside. And suitable for healthy snack, and recommended for diet person, because this pumpkin doughnut have lower sugar.

OPERATION

Step 1

Designing business cards, brochures and flyers. using a computer software program or ask a local printer to design and print a wide range of business advertising. Inform about our bakery, including the name, location and phone number. Make note of the special items offered us bread, like a wedding Doughnut design and catering and add the image to draw. And give discounts with every purchase large quantities.

Step 2

Marketed via the Internet, social media for example create a Twitter account and facebook account. Send some "tweet" at any time with information about our products. Create a blog is also about our products and how to order information.

Step 3

Following an exhibition or a show about snacks. Offering products for celebrations, gathering dll.Mencari help from other professionals. Network with local event planners, catering for example. This business can submit contact information, a business card or brochure to clients who may require your services. Offer discounts to businesses that refer customers to your bakery.

Step 4

Went to school. Teach cake decorating or cake design classes for local craft or grocery store. Buying the ingredients are locally sourced, such as pumpkin, and produce specialized products for farmers market vendors and local product shops.
