Industry-Expert Theater ($10,000) Enhance the educational element of your company’s noteworthy products and services with a presentation in the Industry-Expert Theater. The Industry-Expert Theater provides exhibitors with a unique and effective marketing opportunity to hold live promotional presentations or activities designed to raise awareness of featured services and products. Sponsorship includes meeting space, general A/V equipment, pre-show mailing list, signage, and promotion on the meeting website and in the meeting program.

Virtual Meeting ($10,000) Receive year-round recognition! ASTRO will preserve the content presented in Best of ASTRO meeting sessions through audio and visual recordings, which will be made available on the ASTRO website year-round. This Virtual Meeting provides an excellent informational recap for meeting attendees and a great training tool and information source for those unable to attend. RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM DOOR DROP OPPORTUNITY1. To reserve your Hotel Room Door Drop opportunity,

submit your Application and Contract for Door Drop, full payment and insert proof by September 29, 2017.

2. All inserts must be submitted to ASTRO for final approval. A copy of the insert must be approved by ASTRO regardless of prior approval for other promotional opportunities at the meeting. Submit the insert proof to Nicole Froats at Nicole.Froats@astro.org.

3. Nicole Froats will notify you of approval. If changes are necessary, the corrected insert must be resubmitted for final approval. Participant is responsible for costs associated with production of insert.

4. All final inserts must be shipped to arrive by October 29, 2017. ASTRO will supply an address label to be completed and placed on the outside of each box that is shipped, along with your official carrier’s shipping label.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Full payment is due upon receipt of the Application

and Contract for Door Drop.2. No cancellations accepted.3. No agency commission or cash discounts permitted.4. Final inserts are due by October 29, 2017. If inserts

are not approved by ASTRO and received by October 29, 2017, they will not be included in the door drops.

5. Quantity is based on projected attendance and room blocks at the time the rate card is printed.

6. ASTRO is not liable for a hotel’s failure to deliver to rooms within designated hotel blocks. In the event bags are not delivered, they will be available for pick up at the hotel. No discounts or refunds will be given.

7. If the participant does not send the quantity specified on the rate card, ASTRO will not be liable for bags that are missing that insert.

8. A minimum number of inserts must be reserved for the door drop to be conducted. ASTRO reserves the right to cancel any delivery in the event the minimum number of inserts is not reserved. In this instance, ASTRO will refund 100% of monies paid. ASTRO is not obligated to offer or replace the door drop service with any other marketing vehicle.
