What is a Promise?

A promise is a deadly thing, it can lead you to lots of friends,

or no friends!

A poem I wroteI don’t know what happened

What happened to me I’m so lonely please help me

She was telling me somethingSomething that I could not tell

But what did I do, I broke out of my shell

she made me promiseShe trusted me so much

Why did I have to say so much

I told just one personI just curled

But what did she do, she told the whole world

She angry with meWhat can I do

I cant go back in time, I will just live in the zoo

Advantages • You gain peoples trust• You are more likely to

have more friends • You will be following the

Prophet• You will become more

popular• You will get to know

people

DisadvantagesYou will looses your

friends You will be less popular

No one will trust youYou will be hated

Two promises which Allah has made with us in the holy Quran

Surah Al-Nahl verse 97- Whosever acts righteously-whether a man or a woman- and embraces belief, we will surely grant him a good life; and will surely grant such persons their reward according to the best of their deeds.
