After last class it dawned on me… This is my final studio project at University! It needs to be bold! Something that will be remembered for years to come! A project that captures the audience’s attention while engaging their passions, inspirations and allows me to showcase my skills.  

 

Project synopsis  

The “Car of the future”. What will it be? If I were able to tell you right now then it wouldn’t be a car of the future! It would be a car of today. Without exploring, researching and documenting the world of cars and people first I am unable to clearly explain what a car of the future will be like. However I can tell you what I think it should be. 

In my mind a future car is that perfect mix of passion, exhilarating, performance‐engineered beauty. Yet be technologically advanced with an eco friendly footprint. 

While focusing on a vehicle that’s innovative with such a style and unique shape it captivates anyone in its presence. No matter who you are or what your deal is, you find yourself swept up in its excitement.   

However I don’t want to create a vehicle that is merely the next derivative of today’s models. I want to take what is current, smash it up and recreate a new generation vehicle of the future. Pushing the boundaries of innovation, speed, performance, technology, eco innovation and advanced materials. While mainly focusing on a vehicle that is so expressive in it’s interior & exterior aesthetics no matter who you are or how old you are you’d want one too!  

I would feel it’s safe to say that the future of the car will in no way resemble the current cars of today.  So you better put on your seatbelt and strap yourself in because the future may just be a wild ride.
