Project FactsThis new build hotel consists of 613 guestrooms over seven floors. Adjacent to London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 4, the project includes a 105 metre link bridge to the terminal. The building is constructed with an RC frame structure built around three main lift cores. At basement level, an open underground car park has been constructed with natural ventilation which houses the plantrooms.

Internally, the ground floor consists of a mixture of airline crew rooms and restaurants. A key aspect of the build is the installation of bathroom pods, installed at an impressive rate of 50 pods per week. Externally, the building is clad in Alucobond with Premier Inn branding.

Project FactsThe hotel reception lobby and Nine Kings Conference Centre having undergone a superb modernisation and transformation at the hands of S&T.

The existing façade was demolished and replaced, and the hotel lobby fitted out. Finishes include bespoke furniture, brass mirrored and American walnut wall panelling, OLED light fittings, marble walls, bespoke fibrous ceilings and resotration of the Grand Staircase.
