1. NATIONAL LONG DISTANCE PROJECTS (NLD’s)

• All-India Scope Project.

•Enhancing the existing connectivity and providing a much higher bandwidth to customers.

•Regularly running projects.

•Activities Include NODE INSERTION, NODE COMMISSIONING AND LINK MIGRATION.

•Equipment used are provided by HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES – China.

Scope:

1. Mumbai – Kolhapur & Mumbai – Edilabad Link Enhancement.

2. Node Installations at

a. Rahimatpura

b. Malegaon

c. Khambala.

3. Migration Activities of the above links.

NLD – 11B:

Scope:

1. Mumbai-Hyderabad & Mumbai-Pune Link Enhancement.

2. Migration Activities – Mumbai-Pune : 6 Live Frequencies Migration.

2. GLOBAL HOSTED CONTACT CENTER (GHCC) – INDIA

Scope:

• Strategic Project of TCL in both National and International business fronts.

• Aims at providing customers the equipment and data center environment on lease to host,

store and access their data.

• Three National Centers: Two at Hyderabad and One at Pune and International Centers at

Singapore, U.S.A. & U.K. (Protection centers at HYDERABAD & SINGAPORE)

• Installation of all the required Equipment, their power on and assistance in Acceptance test

procedure.

• All required Physical Implementation of the Network Map is to be done by TCL.

3. METROPOLITAN AREA NETWORK (MAN)

Scope:

•A metro level project – operating in TIER-1 cities

•Mainly focus - providing better bandwidth to the customers in that city.

c. Pune Station PoP (P.T.Gera Towers)

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA CENTER – INTERNET LEASE LINE (IDC-ILL)

Scope:

•Scope only at Dighi site.

•Providing Internet Lease line to the Data Center customers.

•Installation of MUX and Switches to connect the International Transmission Management

Center (ITMC) to the International Data Center (IDC).

•Always running as there are new customers.
