contractors for more feasible alternative to be used if theres a possible technicality be

found. Also conduct actual investigation to determine actual damages of the building and

make a report so that it would be able to rectify and addition to the rectification of the

building. Checking the contractors work if it is adhering to the construction standard and

conforming to the structural code. Also reviewing the design consultant analysis and

designed reports on the said 9 buildings. Check if they used updated design codes and

verify some errors to their report. Provide commentary if found that there is confusable

matters regarding to their analysis and design calculations.
