• New Mysore Sweets is a SWEETS shop that brings the essence of local market across the GULBARGA to a platform where you can buy Indian traditional sweets @ the comfort prices. New Mysore Sweets was established in the year 1969 as a fully managed shop that allows buyers and sellers to interact in an organised manner. Basis & Presumption:-

• It had been taken into consideration that the unit will work for 14 hours a day for 363 days in a year. In case of emergency the overtime will be carried out as the production is based on orders.

• Daily operation timing: 8am to 10pm.

• Margin of money will very from 30 to 35% depending upon the labor and raw material available in the firm.

Lean time

• As we are following just in time techniques there is very less lean time from few minutes to few hours.

• Only on the soft drinks beverages part it takes 2 days of time to reach us once it is ordered.

Add Maida flour & Elaichi powder in khawa

Add water based on quantity

Prepare balls & cook in edible oil.

Make syrup by adding sugar in water and boil for a while.

Dip fried balls into the hot sugar syrup and leave it for 6 hrs

• We use just in time techniques to reduce the floor space. So it reduce the wastage of area available.
