    Hero Honda has a reputation of being the most fuel-efficientand the largest selling Indian motorcycle.

    It was this affinity in working cultures of Honda MotorCompany of Japan and the Hero Group that resulted in thesetting up of Hero Honda Motors Ltd.

    Tactical promotions and excellent marketing helped HeroHonda establish itself as an intelligent purchase. Its uniquefeatures like fuel conservation, safety riding courses andmobile workshops helped the group reach in the interiors ofthe company

    To study the brands of Hero Honda & consumers perception

    with its competitors with reference to Nagpur city as well as somerural areas.

    To know why people buy Hero Honda and why some people preferother company brand bike.

    To study the features of different brands that give a good idea ofvarious products and services offered by the company.

    To understand the competitive environment in which thecompany is operating and is desired to meet customer need andsatisfaction.

    To provide useful information to the company about the productfeatures of various competing companies.

    The analysis was based on questioner process in which we take50 peoples opinion who are in the age group of 25-50 years old.

    In the survey of rural as well as urban area it is found that in ruralarea the sale of Hero Honda is less but in urban area it gives veryexiting result.

    Almost 75 % of the respondents say that they have purchased the

    bike by cash. Only 25% of the respondents say that they havepurchased their bike through bank loans.

    42% of the respondents have rated as the best bike they have

    used, but it is facing a stiff competition from Pulsar & Fierro.

    After taking the interview and questioner method we reach atconclusion, hero honda motor bike is the largest selling bike inNagpur.

    The product and service which is provided by the company are

    satisfied by the consumer.

    Consumer are likely to prefer Hero honda bike because thatmileage.

    Hero honda bike is giving very tough competition to itscompetitors like Bajaj, TVS, etc
