15) THREADED, SOCKET WELDED, SLIP ON CONNECTION JOINTS SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED.VENDDOR TO USE FULL PENETRATION BUTT WELDS.

16) ALL PIPING FOR INTERFACE CONNECTIONS SHALL BE VALVED, FLANGED AND BROUGHT TO SKID EDGE.

17) INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL SHALL BE PROVIDED AS PER SPECIFICATION FOR PACKAGE INSTRUMENTATION DOC. NO. 19911-IC-SPC-CMN-0006, SPECIFICATION FOR FIELD INSTRUMENTS DOC. NO. 19911-IC-SPC-CMN-0005

AND PROJECT DESIGN BASIS MEMORANDUM DOC. NO. 19911-EN-DBM-CMN-0001.

18) CONTROL AND SAFEGUARDING SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED FOR EACH PUMP THROUGH PLANT SCADA SYSTEM.

19) VENDOR TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS OF MACHINE MONITORING AND CONDITION MONITORING SYSTEMS AS APPLICABLE DURING BIDDING AND COMPLETED DATASHEET AS PER API-670 DURING DETAILED ENGG.

20) ELECTRICAL MOTOR SHALL BE SIZED TO COVER ENTIRE RANGE OF PUMP OPERATION UP TO END OF CURVE FOR EACH FLUID (DIESEL, PETROL AND JET FUEL).

21) MV MOTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS IN SPECIFICATION FOR MOTOR (19911-EL-SPC-CMN-0006) AND DATA SHEET FOR MOTORS (19911-EL-DAT-CMN-0002). VENDOR SHALL FILL UP & SUBMIT DATA SHEET SEPARATE FOR

EACH MOTOR.

22) ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN HAZARDUOUS AREA SHALL ALSO BE SUITABLE FOR ZONE 2, IIB, T3 CLASSIFICATION AND PROTECTION CATEGORY SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:-

a) MV MOTOR - Exd , IIB , T3 , IP55 Exd,ATEX /IEC Ex DUAL CERTIFIED

b) JUNCTION / TERMINAL BOX -Ex-eb, IIB, T3, IP55 Exd,ATEX /IEC Ex DUAL CERTIFIED

c) LOCAL CONTROL STATION - Ex-eb,ATEX /IEC Ex DUAL CERTIFIED

23) PUMP-SETS WILL HAVE EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR SET BACK-UP POWER SUPPLY (BY OTHERS)

24) A COMPLETE UNIT TEST SHALL BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE FIRST READY PUMP PACKAGE. ALL CONTRACT COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES THAT COMPRISE THE COMPLETE UNIT SHALL BE TESTED TOGETHER.

25) PUMP SET TO BE PAINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUPPLIER STANDARD FOR AN OUTDOOR LOCATION. SUPPLIER TO PROVIDE DETAILS.

26) VENDOR SHALL SUPPLY FOUNDATION BOLTS ALONG WITH HOLD DOWN BOLTS FOR EACH PUMP.
