• Turnover – Owners workforce is getting older, younger workforce more nomadic

• Information gathering consists of calling last contractor on job

• Systems are upgraded, servers or computers are changed losing data when upgrading or the ability to utilize it

• Personnel experienced with your type of upcoming project/ turnaround
