Our approach

We are responsible as project managers for defi ning the project brief from

the client’s outline business case and pro-actively managing the execution

of it through all stages of the pre-feasibility, design and construction phases.

This invariably includes the co-ordination of other disciplines such as agency,

business recovery, town planning, corporate fi nance and valuation at briefi ng

stages to assist modelling and interrogate viability.

We deliver our purpose professionally with a drive for innovative, cost effective

design and sustainable principles, ensuring throughout the project that the brief

is complied with and delivered within budget and an acceptable level of risk.

Our PM role commences with a hands on, commercially aware approach from

inception through design and procurement to delivery.

It is through this practical approach, coupled with our property, planning,

development and construction expertise, that we differentiate ourselves from

our competitors and deliver tangible added value.
