engineering for your project. We apply state- of -the- art technology

using PDMS, Solid Works or Auto-CAD as design tools, depending on

the requirements.

Energy optimization is vital, both for the industry´s survival as well as to

contribute with a more sustainable produtcs and services. PROMT provide

the customers energy- and process optimized solutions from the very

initial analysis up to the delivery of an efficient system.

Process - and energy optimization goes hand-in-hand when PROMT

engineers design new plants or systems. It is our job to think “lean” and

efficient; carefully making heat balances, pump calculations and

selecting the proper equipment accordingly, to ensure both the function

and a low energy consumption.

Advanced measurement techniques and simulation

We utilise state-of-the-art measurement techniques and calculation

programs to rapidly identify to the most profitable measures and smooth

operations. PROMT employs sophisticated simulation programs to process

large amount of data in parallel to quickly identify the most profitable

parts of systems for reducing the energy consumption and lowering the

carbon footprint accordingly.

Using advanced IR-technique to establish electrical overloads, heat

leakages through insufficient insulation, plugged piping, fatigue in

bearings etc we are able to check your equipment upon safety and

efficiency. We perform energy- and process optimization from the initial

energy mapping including delivery of efficient equipment or system.
