PROJECT SITE MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM ( Essential Duties and Responsibilities )

 

1.  To  be  responsible  for  the  supervision  and  control  of  all  project  activities  related  to Contracts ( such as : established budgetary constraints ,Quality specification and operational requirements,timeline).                                                                                                                                                   Bertanggung  jawab  untuk  pengawasan  dan  kontrol  pada  semua  aktifitas  proyek  yang berkaitan  dengan kontrak  ( seperti : batasan anggaran, spesifikasi mutu,dan persyaratan operational, batasan waktu ).

2. To ensure that procedures and controls of construction method and requirements are in place as per internal control  requirements/processes.                                                                                                   Memastikan bahwa prosedur dan kontrol dari persyaratan dan metode konstruksi berjalan  sesuai kebutuhan / proses pengendalian internal.                                                         Sources :ASTM, ACI, ASCE, ASCII, JIS, BS, SNI etc. 

3. Provide and review structure design, construction method and procedures for all project process. 

Menyediakan dan meninjau ulang desain struktur, metode konstruksi dan prosedur untuk semua proses proyek.

4. Provide and prepare quotation ( coordination with estimator team ) when asked. 

Menyediakan dan mempersiapkan penawaran (koordinasi dengan tim penaksir) bila diminta.

5. Together with estimator team to review and recalculate quantities of quotation before  to be set become a contract. 

Bersama dengan tim estimator untuk meninjau dan menghitung kembali kuantiti penawaran sebelum ditetapkan menjadi sebuah kontrak.

6.Take the lead on all project schedule reviews and perform other duties as necessary. 

Memimpin ulasan schedule proyek  dan melakukan tugas lain yang diperlukan (berkaitan).

7.To drive the scheduling, procedure controlling and input data to (*next program) database management for designated projects.  

Mendorong  ( mengarahkan  )  scheduling, prosedur kontrol dan  input data ke  (*program lanjutan )manajemen database untuk proyek‐proyek yang ditunjuk.

8. To supervise Monthly Progress reporting  cross checking coherence and accuracy between project site reporting and Bill of Quantities figures and to prepare specific reports to General Manager or Project Manager.                                                                                                            Mengawasi Kemajuan Progress Bulanan dengan cara crosscheck yang  koheren dan akurat antara laporan lapangan dengan BQ  serta  menyiapkan laporan khusus kepada General Manajer atau Project Manager.

9.To  prepare  any  Project  reports  (  monthly  report  ),  prepare  and  maintain  schedules, develop and review Project baselines, monitor and track progress of Project Activities.  

Mempersiapkan  semua    laporan Proyek    (seperti  laporan bulanan), mempersiapkan dan memaintain  jadwal    kerja, mengembangkan  dan meninjau  baseline  proyek, memonitor dan melacak kemajuan Kegiatan Proyek.

10. To assist the Team      in producing reports suitable  for the needs of the Owner and  the Project team.  

Membantu Team membuat laporan yang cocok untuk kebutuhan owner dan team proyek.

11. Make Finalization Report at the end of project. 

 Membuat laporan Finalisasi pada akhir proyek.

(*12 next program ). Provide cost control on projects/assets  through accurate reporting to enable decision making by project managers.                                                                                                                   Menyediakan ( menyiapkan)  pengendalian biaya pada proyek‐proyek / aset melalui pelaporan yang akurat untuk memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajer proyek.                                                                                                                                                                        Sources : Project cost control excell files, primavera,open project etc. 

(*13 next program). Establish  numbering scheme for identification of all Project activities and documents.  

Membuat skema penomoran untuk identifikasi semua kegiatan dan dokumen Proyek.

Memastikan bahwa proyek menghasilkan data terstruktur yang kompatibel dengan Prosedur Penomoran.`

(*15 next program). Update Project Management Control System with  input  from Project Construction Management Team ( If necessary ). 

Memperbarui  Proyek    Manajemen  kontrol  sistem    dengan  masukan  dari  Tim  Proyek Manajemen Konstruksi  (Jika diperlukan).

16.Responsible  for  the  protection  and  promotion  of  the  interest  of  the  Company  in  all matters. 

Bertanggung  jawab  atas  perlindungan  dan  promosi  kepentingan  Perusahaan  dalam segala hal.

17. Reporting directly to the Project site team leader and Project Manager.  

Melapor langsung kepada Pimpinan Team Proyek ( atau )  Manajer Proyek.
