Oriented the building to have the longer axis along East West

The building consists of three conjoining towers having diamond shapes in the plan and so oriented that its facades are at 450

to South, West, East

Circular balconies flare outwards from 2nd

floor onwards thus shading the lower ones.

The southern façade receives maximum solar heat and therefore built with double wall of AAC blocks with air gap.

Entire Northern façade glazed with 6-20-6 high performance glass DGUs with thermal break.

NW facade of tower C gets bright sun in the afternoon from 13hrs to 16hrs, therefore fitted with external louvres to reduce heat ingress and avoid glare.

Waste utilization and management

We believe in "waste to wealth” and right from

commencement of the project we adapted “Reduce -Reuse -

Recycle " principle.

Mostly we selected materials having high recycled content

and locally manufactured.

95.85 % of construction waste was recycled/reused at site or

given to local dealers for recycling.

After occupancy of the building, we

adapted the system of segregation

and recycling. The waste is segregated

as Food waste, Paper & Carton boxes,

Metals, E – waste & Oils at the source.

Separate bin with labels are placed on

each floor of the building for storage.

The segregated waste is brought to a

centralized holding place in the

Basement 1 and transferred to

separate holding bins.

Paper & Carton boxes, Horticulture waste, Oils & Food waste is

handled by Bearys Facility Management Services and sold to

dealers

Electronic waste, Metal Waste & some paper waste is handled

by the occupants and they sell to their dealers who are
