Reclamation does not collect annual dataon water conservation, reclamation, or conjunctive use, but does offer grants to encourage these activities.Reclamation has made an effort this year to report only Central Valley Project consumptive diversionsunder direct diversions (excluding bypasses to meet downstream requirements). Consumptive diversionsdownstream of the American River-Sacramento River confluence are reported under Trinity and Shastapermits before drawing on Folsom permits.
