Reduced carbon emissions while delivering more goods for our customers again in 2013

New goal: 20% reduction in carbon intensity from transportation by the end of 2020

Nearly 3,700 vehicles in our alternative fuel and advanced technology fleet in 2014

$7.5 million in humanitarian relief across 46 countries in 2013

$102 million in total charitable contributions in 2013

Over $11.7 million for economic, educational, and leadership support for underserved or

underrepresented populations globally in 2013
