Methodology- Phronetic Planning

Research

Four questions of power and values for specific instances of planning ²  where are we going with planning, who gainsand who loses by which mechanism of power, is thisdevelopment desirable, what if anything should be done

about it?

Central task is to provide is to provide concrete examples anddetailed narratives of ways in which power and values work inplanning and with what consequences to whom.

Serving as the eyes and ears in ongoing efforts atunderstanding the present of planning and deliberating aboutits future.
