PRO-TECH SEAL PEARL GUARD PAINT SEALANT Is a new high-tech chemical formulation designed to increase the flexibility and durability of the new clear coat automotive painted surfaces. Lowering the probability of complete paint removal by stone chips and scratches thereby reduces the possibility of rust formation.

Formulated specifically for new two coat paint system

Many car care shops don’t understand the special handling the new base coat/clear coat paint

finishes require. The two stage painting process begins with a flat color coat (basecoat) topped

by a thick, clear, protective layer (clearcoat). When the finish is cleaned and polished, only the

top layer is affected. The color basecoat is still vulnerable to fading from the ultra violet ray

damage from sunlight. Sealing the clear coat with Pearl Guard Sealant, will protect and

maintain a cars original new car look.

Pro-Tech Seal submits a “Binding Sales Report” to the underwriters along with a premium for each vehicle in the name of the purchasing customer. Selling Dealers are protected from any contingent liability. Purchasing customer will receive repair or loss benefits as defined under warranty contract at any Authorized Dealer in North America. 1. This is an irrevocable offer by Dealer to Pro-Tech on the terms set out in these Deal Terms and the General Provisions. On the countersignature by Pro-Tech, it will become a binding agreement between the parties incorporating the Deal Terms, and General Provisions following, the Pro-Tech Certificate of Warranty Coverage and Benefits Transferred, and current Pro-Tech Price Sheet all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Warranty Claims: Dealer may undertake work for claims made under Chemical Warranty Agreement, such work to be conducted in accordance with the General Provisions and the Chemical Warranty Agreement. Dealer certifies all vehicles sold/covered by this program to have applicable Pro-Tech Seal products applied in accordance with outlined application procedures to be eligible for coverage under the Terms & Conditions of the warranty. To receive a benefit a customer must follow the claims procedures listed on the warranty agreement. Pro-Tech Seal reserves the right to inspect all chemical claims and/or request additional independent repair estimates, supplier to be determined by Pro-Tech Seal Mfg.

Agreement Pricing: Pro-Tech Chemical Agreement pricing per current Pro-Tech Price Sheet. Prices subject to change with 30 days notice. Any vehicle registered in, nor any resident of, the province of Quebec does not qualify for RC contract nor coverage. A Quebec QZ contract must be issued. Refundable Damage Deposit: A deposit of $250 will be required on all System 1 loaner equipment. A deposit of $500 will be required on all System 2 and System 3 loaner equipment.

Credit Terms: Invoice terms for products, warranties, and deposits are Net 30 days, 2% interest charged monthly on overdue accounts. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders authorized and returned in saleable condition.

3rd Party Applicators / Jobbers

Refundable Damage Deposit: A deposit of $500 will be required on all System 1 loaner equipment. A deposit of $2000 will be required on all System 2 and System 3 loaner equipment.

Credit Terms: Invoice terms for products, warranties, and deposits are COD only. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders authorized and returned in saleable condition.

Dealer Equipment Responsibilities: The Dealer hereby acknowledges delivery and installation of the equipment under this agreement and confirms it is in good operating condition and in all respects as represented. The Dealer agrees to be responsible to insure the equipment supplied for fire and theft. The Dealer agrees to use only Pro-Tech Seal supplied chemical products with the equipment. Pro-Tech Seal reserves the right to cancel the agreement and remove the equipment at their discretion. Repair of equipment due to negligence or improper maintenance and consumable items such as spray tips and spray wands are chargeable items.

GOLD SEAL PAINT GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Should any weather caused imperfections such as fading and oxidation appear the Authorized Dealer will repair the affected area and re-apply PRO-TECH SEAL Paint Gard Products to the

affected area. RV, BOAT, MOTORCYCLE AND HEAVY TRUCK RESTORATION: Every 24 month to validate the PAINT GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE.

PAINT MAINTENANCE: Regular cleaning with a liquid car wash soap or spray wash, dry with a soft cloth or synthetic chamois.

MAINTENANCE KITS are available from your selling dealer or contact Pro-Tech Seal.

GOLD SEAL ACID RAIN GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Should damage occur to the exterior painted surface as a result of acid rain, bird droppings or tree sap, PRO-TECH SEAL will repair the affected area and re-apply the product. The vehicle owner

must have the Paint Gard Product Guarantee Products renewed each 4 years by the Dealer in order to renew the Acid Rain Gard Product Guarantee for a further 4 years. Product reaplication must

be within 30 days of product guarantee effective date anniversary.

GOLD SEAL FABRIC GARD / LEATHER & VINYL GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Should the upholstered fabric on seats become stained as a result of water-based substances such as coffee, milk, soft drink beverages or urine, the Authorized Dealer will clean the area and

reapply Pro-Tech Seal Fabric Gard Products to the affected areas. Should the leather and vinyl interior become damaged by colour fading the Authorized Dealer will repair the affected area and

reapply PRO-TECH SEAL Leather & Vinyl Gard Products. Leather and Vinyl Restoration must be done annually from the balance of the first bottle supplied at original application time. FABRIC

MAINTENANCE: Any spilled substances on the treated areas of the fabric upholstery should be blotted with a soft cloth or other absorbent material before drying.

LEATHER & VINYL MAINTENANCE: PRO-TECH SEAL Protect All Treatment must be re-applied annually to maintain product guarantee coverage.

MAINTENANCE KITS ARE AVAILABLE FROM YOUR SELLING DEALER OR CONTACT PRO-TECH SEAL.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS: This product guarantee does not cover stains caused by misuse, acid, dye, paint, bleach stains or other corrosives.

GOLD SEAL ELECTRONIC RUST GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE Serial #: 001

for the body panel components including above bottom window line and undercarriage, Should body panel components develop corrosion imperfections or perforations from the inside out,

PRO-TECH SEAL will repair such corrosion imperfections. In the case of manufacturer's defect during the term of product guarantee coverage, a replacement module will be supplied; the

damaged unit must be returned to PRO-TECH SEAL.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS: This Electronic Rust Gard product guarantee does not cover glued seams, mechanical components, exhaust systems, surface imperfections brought about by impact damage

(i.e. scratches or stone chips), or labour for module diagnostics/reinstallation.

GOLD SEAL RUST GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE

PRODUCTS INCLUDE: CLEAR RUST INHIBITOR FOR BODY PANELS, BLACK RUST INHIBITOR FOR THE UNDERCARRIAGE. Should body panel components and areas originally treated develop

corrosion imperfections or perforations from the inside out or should the product crack and peel, the Authorized Dealer will repair said corrosion imperfections, and re-apply PRO-TECH SEAL

RUST GARD Products to the affected area originally treated.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTION: This Chemical Product Guarantee does not cover cavity filled areas not originally treated, rust in seams caused by expansion of glued seams (seams are defined as an area

where two or more layers of body panel material are held together by weld or glue and can't be sprayed) nor above the bottom window line, mechanical parts, exhaust systems or painted surface

imperfections brought about by impact damage (i.e. scratches or stone chips).

GOLD SEAL SOUND GARD PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Should lack of adhesion appear caused by cracking or peeling, the Authorized Dealer will repair the area by re-insulating with new product.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTION: This product guarantee does not cover damage to the SOUND GARD caused by the vehicle's mechanical condition, accident or stone chips.

GOLD SEAL ENHANCED REPAIR GUARANTEE - 6 year term on New Vehicles only

Pro-Tech Seal Upgrades Chemical Warranty Repair coverage to include Seams (defined as areas where two or more layers of body panel material are held together by weld, glue or crimped

which can't be sprayed) and also include Body Panel Component Replacement. Limited to $2000 per claim and maximum Aggregate $4000 CDN.

GOLD SEAL SURFACE RUST PRODUCT GUARANTEE 6 years coverage from original in-service date

PRO-TECH SEAL guarantees that after the professional application of PRO-TECH SEAL Paint Gard or Electronic Rust Gard products, should the exterior painted surfaces develop surface rust from

the outside in caused by stone chips, scratches or industrial fallout, PRO-TECH SEAL will repair the rusted area and re-apply the products.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS: Bumpers, load areas, truck beds, hinges, around chrome and areas on or under mouldings are specifically exempted. This product guarantee does not cover road material

damage to the treated areas which have not been cleaned, repaired with touch-up paint, and re-treated with PRO-TECH SEAL Paint Gard products by the Authorized

GOLD SEAL RIP TEAR BURN PRODUCT GUARANTEE 6 years coverage from original in-service date

PRO-TECH SEAL guarantees that after the professional application of PRO-TECH SEAL Fabric Gard and Leather & Vinyl Gard Product Guarantee Products, should the treated upholstered

fabric/leather&vinyl become penetrated through due to accidental rips, tears or burns, PRO-TECH SEAL will repair the affected area.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS: Carpets, dashboards and trunks are specifically excluded.

GOLD SEAL PRODUCT GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERM: Refer to Term above. NEW RV, BOAT, MOTORCYCLE , HEAVY TRUCK TERM is 6 years from sale date to the first retail owner. ELIGIBILITY: for New is less than 12 months from in-service date

and less than 24000 km. NEW VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY EXTENSION: provides coverage to vehicles which are up to 4 model years from original in-service date with less than 150000 km.

CANCELLATION: Policy is not cancelable after 14 days. PRODUCT GUARANTEE CLAIM: The owner of the vehicle must contact the Authorized Dealer if any conditions occur which are covered by

these warranties within a 15 day period and must present his/her copy of the Product Guarantee to the Authorized Dealer. Prior to the repair being performed call 1-800-661-6910 for claims

approval. For RV, Boat and Heavy Truck, proof of biennial re-application required.

GOLD SEAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This is a limited Product Guarantee and there are no contingent or consequential damages or implied Product Guarantee or merchantability other than those listed on this Product Guarantee. This

Product Guarantee becomes effective upon the professional applications of PRO-TECH SEAL products to the vehicle. These Product Guarantee coverages are limited to the aggregate repairs

required not to exceed the then current appraised cash value of the Vehicle. RV Boat and Heavy Truck not to exceed $3,000 CDN. Surface Rust and Rip Tear Burn repairs are limited to two (2) loss

claims per vehicle during the term of coverage. Burns requires a $25.00 deductible payment per burn. RV Fabric/Leather & Vinyl coverage is limited to the following - Drivers and Passenger

Captain Chairs, Dinette Chairs or benches in Dinette area. Sofa bed Cushions and Swivel chairs in Living Area. The selection of the repair facility is at the sole discretion of PRO-TECH SEAL.

Transportation / inspection costs incurred in obtaining Product Guarantee Service are NOT covered. This certificate of product guarantee is valid only upon transfer of the validation to number

indicated and the fee having been received by Pro-Tech Seal within 90 days of the date of Dealer sale. ANY CHANGE OR ALTERATION OF THIS AGREEMENT WHATSOEVER SHALL RENDER THE

AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID. The Authorized Dealer Distributor, and the Manufacturer expressly excludes liability for incidental and consequential damages including but not limited to any

property damage, loss of described vehicle, loss of life, personal injury, inconvenience and commercial loss under this Product Guarantee. These warranties do not supersede the vehicle

manufacturers guarantees or warranties. This Product Guarantee coverage begins at the expiry of the full term of the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage is restricted to Canada and continental

United States.

GOLD SEAL EXCEPTIONS

1) This product guarantee does not cover any part or portion of the vehicle's treated areas which have been replaced and not retreated by the Authorized Dealer.

2) Accident, alteration, or vandalism.

3) Acts of God - any damages which have been caused by hail, lightening, flood, wind, earthquakes, etc. and the consequences thereof.

4) Failure to properly maintain the treated vehicle.

5) Paint Gard coverage applies only to exterior painted surfaces.

6) Industrial Fallout unless Surface Rust option is selected.

THE FOLLOWING VEHICLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE:

1) Any emergency use vehicle, ambulance, police and fire.

2) Any vehicle used for delivery, courier, rental, taxi, limousine, shuttle, racing or competitive driving.

GOLD SEAL Product Guarantee TRANSFER

To transfer this product guarantee, mail this copy within 30 days with the name and address of the new owner, the present odometer reading and date of transfer to PRO-TECH SEAL address on

reverse. The transfer fee is $50.00 + GST. Pro-Tech Seal reserves the right of refusal to transfer request.
