CHICHESTER and THE FESTIVAL OF FLOWER ‘Realms Of Gold’

The Festival of Flowers 2020 will be spectacular; as well as the flower arrangements in the Cathedral and environs, you can stroll through the cloisters and Cathedral grounds and visit the Festival Market. Internationally renowned sculptor Philip Jackson will be exhibiting his work. Over 80 stunning arrangements are produced by volunteer flower arrangers using in excess of 50,000 flowers to interpret the designer’s chosen theme which in 2020 will be Realms of Gold. Of course the city is on the Cathedral's doorstep so you can simply go for exploring.

Terms & Conditions

All tour places will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. You will receive an acknowledgement of your booking either

by email or by post.

Passengers will be held entirely responsible for arriving at pick-up points and any departure points arranged on each trip in good time. Coaches will have limited time to wait for late-comers to ensure the smooth running of the tour. Any passenger who is unable to travel for any reason or who wishes to change their pick-up points should notify us prior to the

day of travel. This is to avoid any unnecessary delays at your specified pick-up point.

Magic Moments advises all passengers to arrive at pick-up points at least 5 minutes prior to outward pick up times.

Magic Moments will endeavour to ensure all pick-up and departure times published are as accurate as possible although

occasional variations may occur.

Magic Moments will not be held responsible for the late arrival or failure to arrive at destinations owing to traffic hold-ups,

adverse weather conditions, breakdowns or similar.

Magic Moments will not accept responsibility for changes to facilities at venues as these are beyond our control.

Magic Moments operates a Zero Tolerance Policy in regard of disruptive, abusive or violent behaviour to passengers,

representatives or drivers or for any other reason that would adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers.

Cancellations by Magic Moments

Magic Moments reserves the right to cancel any tour in the event of insufficient bookings. In the unlikely event of a cancellation

of a trip by Magic Moments a full refund will be paid, or you will be offered a transfer to another trip, if preferred.

Cancellations by the passenger

Magic Moments will not offer refunds for cancellations by the passenger unless:

Notification is given at least 7 days prior to the tour date and

Places can be re-sold

Please note that if a tour operates normally, any cancellation on the day will not be subject to any refund e.g. for poor weather

etc.

All tours are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the coach company used and any ticket supplier utilised on the tour.
