Sunday 10th Arrival of delegates in Armagh City Hotel

Monday 11h 9.30: Delegates collected from hotel

10.00- 11.00 am: School orientation and welcome by J.Mc Cartney (Vice principal) Discussion of the proposed programme

11.00-12.15 am: Presentation of the various school systems and the specifics of each partner school.

1.00- 4.00 pm: Meeting in school. : a)Roles and responsabilities of each school discussed and agreed b) General aims and objectives of the project discussed and agreed

c) Precise timetable of project discussed. d) start on aims and objectives for each activity

Evening: Reception with the mayor Traditional music in the hotel

Tuesday12th 8.45 am: Delegates collected from hotel9.00- 10.30 Visits of classes of interest to each teacher10.45- 12.15: planning time: Continuation of development of each activities1.00- 2.30 : planning session continued2.00 – 3.30 ; video conference with Ecole elementaire de La Gazelle (France) to keep French partners updated.4.00- 5.00; Armagh Story in the Trianevening: Tea in the French restaurant

Wedneday 13th 9.30- 12.10 am: Final meeting preparation Start filling in applications 1.10- 3.00: walking tour of Armagh evening: optional trip to Belfast delegates collected from hotel at 3.15

Thursday 14th : Departure of delegates.
