For nine years in a row we have been succeeding in organizing a course for training teams in laparoscopic urology. Laparoscopy is depending more than any other specialty on the capability of developing a teamwork. �is is why we adjusted the structure of our course for the development and training of laparoscopic teams: from main surgeon, assistants to scrub nurses. �e results of your surgery and the durability of your instruments will depend on how well trained is anyone involved.�ere will be many professional opportunities, I urge you to use them all: put all the questions that may rise, challenge the experts invited during the live surgery and take advantage of the trainers during dry and wet lab in order to clarify as many issues as possible. After your stay in Cluj and the laparoscopy course will be over, we encourage you to invite us to assist you at your �rst interventions and we will be making sure you will overcome the pressure of the beginning with a risk as little as possible! Moreover, by joining our laparoscopic surgeons club, you will have the opportunity to discover some great friends who can be priceless for the beginning of your career.
