COMMENTS:

BANDAG STANDARD SPEC PROGRAM

Bandag specifications will always be used, unless there is a more restrictive customer requirement. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

▪ The servicing dealer will conduct NRT (non-retreadable tire) Analyses at random and will submit those completed forms to

Bridgestone Bandag National Fleet Customer Service every 30 days, or as deemed appropriate by the Fleet.

▪ NRT tires will be inspected for adjustment consideration once every 30 days.

▪ All scrapped tires will be disposed of in a lawful manner.

▪ Adjustment claims will follow Bandag Dealer National Warranty guidelines (see item #488 for details).

▪ DR’s will be submitted within 1 week of delivery in order for Bridgestone Bandag to invoice Fleet and credit Dealer within 30 days.

RETREAD PROCESS SPECS

▪ All tires will have Dealers DOT identification.

▪ Use of NDTII-B is recommended.

▪ Sidewalls with section repair will be identified w/blue triangle.

▪ All unsound repairs will be removed and replaced.

REPAIR PROCESS SPECS

▪ Repairs will be per Bandag’s specifications in using Bandag materials.
