1 CANCELLATION OF THAT PARTICULAR PAPER IN WHICH THEY
WERE BOOKED: The following candidates are found guilty of possession of forbidden material/
copying/ are found to have written on their own question paper/palm/desk/table /pad and as
such their malpractice comes under the offence detailed as1,2, 3, and 4 of the nature of

12-11-2013 and 21-11-2013 May 2013. 2. Vice-Chancellor’s orders dated 23-11-2013. O R D E R : The Vice-Chancellor has approved the minutes of the Malpractices Enquiry Committee held on 12-11-2013 and 21-11-2013 May 2013 and ordered that:
2 CANCELLATION OF THAT PARTICULAR PAPER IN WHICH THEY
WERE BOOKED:
The following candidates are found guilty of possession of forbidden material/
copying/ are found to have written on their own question paper/palm/desk/table /pad and as
such their malpractice comes under the offence detailed as 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of the nature of
offences of the “Scale of punishments to defaulters at University examinations”. The
Malpractice Enquiry Committee scrutinized the papers of the candidates, the forbidden
material that was enclosed and having considered their explanation and taking into account all
relevant circumstances, it is recommended that the candidates mentioned below be awarded
the punishment of cancellation of that particular paper in which they were booked. Their
results in all other papers may be declared and they may be permitted to appear for
examinations from Dec 2013 onwards.
