My father is Thomas Talmadge and my mother is Carrie Roberts Talmadge. I was educated at The University of Georgia, I graduated from the Universities Law School.I am currently in my third term as Governor of Georgia. Status Update: I know a lot of you think I “stole” $20,000 by shipping Georgia Hogs to Chicago. Today I had a meeting with Northwest Georgia Farmers, and a man asked me if that was true. I responded with, “Sure I stole it! But I stole it for you.” Yes, I did steal it but I wasn’t stealing it for any personal reasons, but I stole it for my people.

News Feed: State Senate: We have a recent announcement that Eugene Talmadge has

improperly used spending funds by paying himself and family members more than $40,000 in salaries and expenses and using department funds to make trips to the Kentucky Derby. Yes, we are planning on suing him for this improper use of money.
