Our recruitment business is founded on the same principles that govern our Talent Consulting business that is of creating "enduring value" for the clients.

OUR TEAM

The firm's founders have over 50 years of experience in the consulting world. The Clearway team is a blend of experience and youth. Our consultants come from diverse educational (French, economics, engineering, commerce, social sciences among others) and industry backgrounds viz., investment banking, talent advisory, shared services, technology, ITES, recruitments among others. Key members of the team are:

Rachita Saini

Rachita Saini Duggal is Co Founder of Clearway Advisors. She leads the Search Practice as President – Recruitments & Search. Rachita has extensive client engagement experience in Search and Talent Engagement. Her strength lies in her ability to understand businesses and their talent needs, rather than just fill open positions. She has advised a number of Clients on their Talent Acquisition and Compensation strategy. She has also worked with RMC, a recruitment firm based at Pune as Managing Partner. Rachita holds a B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communications from IP University, Delhi. She is a Talented Singer and serious Yoga Practitioner.

Rajesh Khati

Rajesh has over 20 years of experience with Consulting and Operations in the areas of finance, business strategy and human resources. He has extensive experience of advising organizations in various sectors. Rajesh's strength lies in this combination of financial understanding with people development and training. Rajesh is also a professional career mentor and coach. In his last role Rajesh was a Senior Partner with New Vistas, a contingency staffing firm. He has also worked with Grow Talent and was responsible for outsourcing strategy, training delivery, outplacement, search and assessment. In the past he has worked with Pace Capital, Goyal MG Gases and Quantum Information Services. Rajesh has an MBA (Finance & Marketing) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and a B.A. (Honours) Economics from Delhi University.

Ekta Ahuja

Ekta is a Consultant at Clearway. She has over 8 years experience, having worked Genpact, NAV and Deutsche Bank where she handled roles in HR, Talent Acquisition, Training (Communicative Skills Trainer) and Business Process Management. Ekta is an M.B.A (HR) from Symbiosis, Pune and holds an English (Honors) degree from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. While not working, she actively pursues her hobbies of glass painting and writing blogs. Priyanka Daniel

Priyanka is an Associate Consultant with Clearway and has over 3 years experience in Recruitments & Search. She started her Career in frontline hiring and has now moved into Account Management and Search for mid to senior positions. She manages assignments in Online Retail, Non Conventional Energy, Publishing, and Retail among other areas. Priyanka is an MBA in HR, and her graduate degree is in Sociology. When not working Priyanka enjoys spending time with her family.
