Fire rated wall: Ensures safety in event of a fire, the partition would sustain and encage the fire. It does this through its chemical composition. Gypsum (calcium sulfate) contains chemically combined water— about 22% by volume.

Any building be it a residential, commercial, industrial building has a chance of a fire hazard. To compartmentalize this fire, fire rated drywalls can be used. Fire rating solution can be obtained for ½, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hours as per the requirement. These walls can and are designed as per :-o Fire Resistance Design Manual – GA – 600 – 2012o BS 476 – Part 22 – 1987o BS 476 – Part 20 – 1987

Fire rated drywall is constructed using special type of gypsum board / other composite boards. These fire resistant boards in the correct application performs exceptional against fire.

Correct application is very important and essential. If the fire penetrates the wall through cracks, joints, junctures, then it may harm the occupants for property of the building.

Fire rated Sealants, fire doors, windows, shall be used in a fire rated wall to maintain the overall Fire performance of the wall.

Drytech Enclosures is an optimum engineered solution for industrial buildings where an enclosed space for office/ machinery / storage etc is required and where the client does not want the masonry work.

Enclosure Drytech Enclosures is a complete dry construction solution with light weight material like 0.5 – 2 mm GI cold rolled form sections used to create Trusses portals and the structures on which false ceiling and drywalls are fixed to enclose it.Option of having a roof sheet on any other type of top covering is also available.Basic requirement to build a Drytech Enclosure is a rigid floor and on top of which by screwing only and no welding (hot works) is required. Drytech Geofoam is fir retardant expanded polystyrene block which has a high compressive strength and as a result it is used as a filler material.

Geofoam Drytech geofoam reduces the loads imposed on adjacent and underlying soil and structure as compared to soil and AAC blocks. Drytech Geofoam comes in a standard size of 2m x 1m x 0.5m and can be cut or as per the site requirement. Various densities to take different loads are available with us. It is an Eco friendly light weight material which saves a lot of time and cost as compared to lot of others land filling materials. Solution for filling on per stressed slabs where add loads of conventional material can not be imposed like AAC, concrete etc.Installation of Geofoam is very simple and requires very less manpower. The blocks are cut as per required sizes and are layered in staggered form. Cutomised sizes are available on request.

LGSF means Light Gauge Structural Framing and is a new concept in India. LGSF is used to create the framing of external walls, internal walls, floor etc. and on which suitable boards and other materials are used to encase the framing. LGSF buildings after completion looks same as conventional RCC buildings.

Drytech Insulation Clip is a GI insulation hanger fixed on gypsum boards / other kinds of boards from the inside in a Drywall to keep the mass insulation in its original place forever. Mass insulation like Glasswool / rockwool tend to gain moisture and sag and fall in the Drywall cavity. After gaining moisture over a period of time, Drytech Insulation Clip stops the insulation to sag / fall and make sure that the performance of the drywall as a system is long lasting.

We provide HPL and HDPE lockers in various sizes. These are aesthetically pleasing and are long-life lockers. They give a fresh look to your premises and makes it more pleasing.

Drytech Drywall vs Brick wall:1/10th weight of the conventional brick wall which in turn reduces the dead load of the building and as a result you can have larger column and Beam Spacing and 100% recyclable.

Drytech High-rise wall vs Conventional Wall:No Plinth beam required. No structural support required. Very fast in construction. Helps you to start the production in the plant earlier.

Drytech Fire rated wall vs Brick wall/ Block wall:Performance of a Brick wall/ Block wall depends on raw material quality and labour skills which varies location to location; whereas Fire rated Drywall ensures true fire performance at every location.

Drytech Gypsum Blocks vs Conventional Brickwork:As the resources for the conventional brickwork are getting meager day by day; like river sand, masons etc. The best replacement is Drytech Gypsum Blocks. The benefits over the conventional brickwork are no curing required, faster installation etc.

Trap Door:In plain gypsum ceiling to have easy access to the services, Trap door is used.

Metal Ceiling:There is no particle shredding of the tile; so it is used where a very High internal air quality is required. The metal ceiling looks aesthetically pleasing.

Grid Ceiling:Where there is a high maintenance required for the services in the plenum Tee Grid False Ceiling is suggested.

Enclosures vs Fabrication:Using 0.8 mm to 2 mm thick GI sections rules out the question of heavy weight fabrication in ISMC’s and ISMB’s. Being smaller sections as compared to ISMC’s and ISMB’s. No offsets are seen after cladding from both the sides with Gypsum /composite boards.

Geofoam vs Conventional Landfill materials:This is an innovative material and construction technique to accelerate project schedules by reducing vertical stress on the underlying soil. EPS Geofoam is approximately 100 times lighter than most soil and at least 20 to 30 times lighter than other light weight material. This extreme difference in unit weight compared to other materials makes EPS Geofoam an attractive fill material.

Insulation Clip:Most of the times, insulation in the cavity of drywalls is neglected for holding it in position. This leads to downgrading the effective performance of the wall for acoustic insulation and heat insulation.

HPL Lockers vs Metal Lockers:Metal lockers’ built quality gets degraded in a short time due to rust etc. whereas HPL lockers do not face these issues.
