Saltash has been actively involved in a number of initiatives with social landlords to improve their housing stock to bring it up to and beyond the Decent Homes standard.

Consequently, we have been awarded a significant number of high-value Repair and Replacement contracts for social housing landlords within the greater London area.

Disabled aids & adaptions The process of installing facilities to meet the demands of disabled, aged and other vulnerable members of society requires a high degree of understanding, sympathetic planning and considerate implementation.

Saltashs Disabled Aids and Adaptions Division, a mature business in its own right, covers:

Remodelling properties including extensions and en-suite bathrooms

Level access shower formations Ramp installations Stair lifts Handrails and many other

specialist adaptions

Saltash offers over 15 years of experience in the aids and adaptions field, with over 70% of all orders being repeat business. It is this statistic that strongly supports our claim to be one of the outstanding contractors in the south east of England for this type of specialist and sensitive work.
