In order to access our degree courses you must be able to demonstrate that you have the correct amount of credit at Level 1 and Level 2. We value and recognise the amount of learning and experience that practitioners have already gained through managing their practice, therefore if you do not have the credit profile required but do feel you are able to study at Level 3 please contact the relevant programme leader.

Accredited (experiential) learningIf you feel that you have either studied a similar course or that your experience to date reflects the content and outcomes of the short course/module you areinterested in, then you can apply for this to be accredited through the University’s Accredited Learning Process. Bachelor of Science (BSc/BSc Hons) or Master of Science (MSc)BSc/BSc Hons is an undergraduate degree. To gain a full BSc (Hons) you must have achieved 360 credits, for a BSc (without Hons) you must have achieved aminimum of 300 credits.

MSc is a postgraduate degree. To gain a full MSc you will need to achieve 180 credits of which at least 120 must be at level M. Students who do not wish to studyfor an MSc can opt for either a Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits) or Postgraduate Diploma (120 credits)
