Technical Review Committee (TRC)
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) conducts all matters related to the BEAM rating tools to specific building assessments, including: manage the development and upgrade BEAM rating tools, manage a team of BEAM Expert Panels, monitor the quality of assessments.

Technical Review Committee (TRC)
Functions: A. Technical and certification •assign assessors to BEAM Plus project assessments •Endorse Provisional and Final assessments for issuing of certificates by HKGBC •Process credit interpretations •Establish rulings to exceptional cases •Undertake the First Appeal B. Assessor Practices •Monitor and maintain the quality of the assessments by the assessors •Review the performance of assessors C. Development •Collect information and rulings for future development of BEAM Plus •Update the current BEAM Plus and develop new versions
