WIP 2017 PROJECT NAME PROJECT LOCATION: TEAM: OFFICE: ID#: CHALLENGE: 1. The entire land has been divided into several small pieces to get highest FAR based on local code. But client wants to have strong connection between buildings and continue pedestrian experience within the whole project. 2. The site is located beside a natural park and client wants the project take advantage of this unique nature neighbor. 3. Client prefers creative working/living space. STRATEGY: 1. To create a Green Platform as the podium roof to connect all the parcels and provide diverse activity zones. 2. Extend the Green Platform to the nature park beside and introduce some even space/trails at park side. 3. Analysis the existing working/living space and propose future public sharing space. RESULTS/IMPACT: 1. The platform provide a continue, pedestrian friendly space for all people in working and living in the project and also visitors. 2. The project is well connected to the surrounding nature park and provide a seamless transaction between nature and city life. 3.
