Metalwork Manufacture

Whether the requirement is for standard or bespoke products, for various applications, we are positioned to provide unrivalled products and solutions across a diverse range of architectural metalwork materials and finishes.

Alongside our specialist CAD technical design team, is our comprehensive 45,000 square foot production facility, which spans water jet cutting, CNC machining, NC bending, welding, polishing, general fabrication, anodising and chrome plating.

Our ever-growing portfolio of architectural metalwork products, recognised as one of the most comprehensive in the UK providing solutions for; local authorities, the retail sector, exhibitions, financial institutions, leisure & entertainment, construction – to name but a few.

Joinery Manufacture

As a specialist in the design and manufacture of high quality, stylish bespoke woodworking solutions, we are able to produce functional and beautifully crafted designs across a range of uses, applications and sectors.

Our team of skilled craftsmen are experienced in working with all types of wood - solid wood, real wood veneer, laminate, and to incorporate glass, metalwork, or solid-surfacing. Furthermore, we operate a strict process of traceability to ensure that we only purchase timber from sustainable forests by sourcing material from registered environmentally friendly sources. Whatever the project nature or size, we will work from existing designs or through working closely with customers, to produce new designs utilising our established in-house CAD designers and facilities. Solutions may include timber reception desks, bars, counters, cabinets, storage units, POS and retail display shelving and furniture.

ContentsRetail Systems

Cantel Ikon 7000Ikon 7000 system is based on a circular twin slotted tube giving perimeter shelving and display or freestanding gondola units. A range of metal finishes can be chosen along with the wood effects.

Cantel Focus 8000Focus 8000 system consists of a wooden effect cladded column available as a wall mounted system or as freestanding gondola units. A choice of finishes are available.

Cantel Vogue 9000Vogue 9000 system consists of a single slotted upright and double slotted channel. The system allows for wall fixed display and storage or as a kit of components to create a freestanding versatile retail system.

Bakery DisplayThis system is created with standard shelving and specialised fittings to create bakery and confectionery displays. The components are available in an attractive matt silver anodised finish but can be requested in other colours if required.

Cantel AccessoriesAn extensive range of interchangeable accessories are available to create display solutions to suit any application, these include; rails, arms, shelving etc. All are available to compliment the main Cantel Systems.

Sav Oval SystemThis high quality system comprises of 30mm x 15mm flat sided oval tube and has a range of fittings to suit. Available in a polished or satin chrome finish, the system creates a simple and effective solution for retail and display.

Ikon 7000Cantel Retail Systems

The IKON range allows flexible shelving, storage and display solutions for a variety of retail needs.

IKON is available as a powder coated dark granite or silver colour as standard with a choice of wood finishes.

Non standard powder coated finishes may be subject to a minimum order quantity or setup surcharge dependent on colour.

H7001--Double slotted upright post from 14g x 60mm diameter tube x 2.4m high or any other height to order. Slots are 31mm x 4mm to a 50mm pitch. Post is supplied with a welded top cap drilled and tapped M6, for accessory tops, and an M10 adjustable foot. Powder coated silver or dark granite.

H7055--Adjustable wall fixing for upright posts. Available as 122mm adjusting to 167mm or 390mm adjusting to 435mm from the rear of the post to the wall. Powder coated silver or dark granite. Other colours are available on request.

H7080--Decorative wooden top cap for freestanding or upright posts. 80mm diameter x 40mm high as standard or to customers own design and specification. Oak, maple or cherry effect.

H7111--Freestanding single post unit. Unit is 1460mm overall high. Post is supplied with a welded top cap drilled and tapped M6, to allow accessory tops. Wooden base is 660mm wide x 600mm long x 90mm deep. Post finish is powder coated silver or dark granite. Other colours are available on request. Base is oak, maple or cherry effect.

Focus 8000Cantel Retail Systems

The FOCUS system allows storage and display for any need. The cladded units provide a high quality, easily assembled scheme for retail interiors. The system is flexible and can be combined with any other CANTEL system or SAVEKERS product. FOCUS can be supplied in any of the standard finishes or adapted to customers specific needs. Accessories can be added to the units and system easily maximising the possibilities.

H8001--Single slotted upright post forming a 72mm x 49mm cladded upright x 2.4m high or any other height to order. Slots are 19mm x 12.7mm with a 64mm pitch. Post is supplied with a PVC top cap and adjustable foot. Powder coated silver or black. Cladding is oak, maple or cherry effect.

H8055--Adjustable wall fixing for upright posts. Available as 108mm adjusting to 148mm or 380mm adjusting to 425mm from the rear of the post to the wall. Powder coated silver or black.

H8111--Freestanding cladded single post unit. Unit is 1430mm overall high. Post is supplied with a PVC top cap. Wooden base is 660mm wide x 600mm long x 90mm deep. Post finish is powder coated silver or black with base and cladding in oak, maple or cherry effect.

VOGUE is based on two different wall sections but can be combined or used with any other CANTEL range and accessories. Generally available in a chrome plated finish or powder coated white.

H9650--Adjustable shelf bracket for metal shelves. Allows 3 positions; horizontal, 15 deg and 25 deg slope. Can be used in H9000 or H9011 sections. For shelf sizes 130mm, 260mm, 390mm or 520mm. White powder coated. 520mm bracket is not adjustable.

H9691--Clip on plastic ticket edge. For use on H9636 shelves. 1m wide. Allows 2 positions. White PVC.

H9652--Pair of adjustable shelf brackets for wooden shelves. Allows 3 positions: horizontal, 15 deg and 25 deg slope. Can be used in H9000 or H9011 sections. 260mm or 390mm long. Supplied as a pair (one left hand and one right handed). White powder coated.

H9011--Double slotted upright wall channel. 26.5mm x 15.9mm x 1980mm or 2440mm high or any other height up to 2.4m. Slots are 19.05mm x 3.8mm (spaced 6.6mm) x 32mm pitch. Wall channel is drilled and countersunk 6.35 for fixing.

H9911--Panel retainer for H9011 wall channel to screw fix through countersunk holes in wall channel. White powder coated or chrome plated.

H9912--Clip in panel retainer for H9011 wall channel to suite either a 12mm, 15mm or 18mm panel. White powder coated or chrome plated.
