Technical Rider for Cirque Show TECHNICIANS & CREW (7 Technicians recommended) (x1) Lighting operator (x1) Audio tech (x2) Spot light operators (x2) Back stagehands (x1) Automation winch operator SET DESIGN Set pieces are to be hung from x3 lighting bars. Simple and effective, x4 column stretched silk tubes connected under Mac LX movers & x3 round kites connected in between columns. (Please see set design layout. DVD available on request for LX designer)

RIGGING Set design includes: (x4 LX tube columns, x2 LX large kites) 2hours needed to rig the show set design. (3 days prior to performance night recommended for Lighting designer. (After initial rigging set up, the scenic props take only 10minutes to put up and take down)

AERIAL TECHNICAL REHEARSALS Aerial acts include: Janna on Lira ring, Dizzy on Straps & a duo Silks act. 3days prior to live performance, 2hours will be needed to teach winch operator. 3 separate 30minute rehearsals needed before live performance night minimum. LIGHTS Theatrical stage lighting is needed for the best overall presentation A DVD of show’s and acts available on request. 3hours with lighting designer, 2 days prior to full tech run needed. SOUND Macintosh Laptop (Supplied) connected to Sound Amplification Sound Technician will be using itunes and Q-Lab program.

PROPS All props supplied by performer - except winch motor. Prop storage:

x2 large juggling shapes (Cube & Pyramid) need to be stored (Rigged up in air on both sides of the stage is recommended). x2 trunk case’s (2’ x 2’ x 4’)

TECHNICAL RUN x3 30minute rehearsals are needed before the show day – to teach the Automation winch operator all the flying cues for the aerial acts (This is strongly recommended as a minimum) 1hour Technical run is needed 3hours prior to show time. (This then gives the performers 2hours to rest and preset props)

MISCELLANEOUS  (Please  advise  ASAP  if  any  of  these  items  cannot  be  supplied  and  these  will  be  included  with  artist  props)  x1  Large  high  speed  air  fans  will  be  needed  stage  left  during  show  time  x8  hand  towels  will  be  needed  during  each  show  OTHER  Cruise Director is NOT needed to Introduce opening of Show – Opening Track sets up a story line! Please reinforce NO CHILDREN in the front row for safety reasons. 13ʼ is minimum stage height for shapes juggling act.
