Bowls and sinks with or without tap ledge

Special drill holes on IF models

Cut-out for inset hob or sink – Cut-out for flush-mount installation possible (please enclose sketch of fitting).

– On worktops with an edge height of < 31 mm, the edge area for hob cut-outs is doubled. Special angles stabilise the worktop.

– Worktops SolidEdge: minimum distance of cut-out to edge (front / side) 65 mm

– The cut-out is based on the stainless steel, not on the core material.

– Please observe the manufacturer's instructions for installation.

Fitting mixer taps on IF designs with

tap ledge

On all IF models with an integrated tap ledge, the mixer tap must be placed as shown at the side:

– Single and double bowls: in the left tap hole – Sink main bowl right: in the left tap hole – Sink main bowl left: in the right tap hole

On all IF models with a tap ledge, the number and position of tap holes can be chosen to suit.That is to say, tap holes may be positioned indivi-dually on the tap ledge. The number is variable. The delivery time for IF designs with special tap holes is 2 weeks. Surcharge per sink.Please enter “special drill hole” in your order and enclose a drawing with the exact position.

Lateral trims 12,5 - 40,5 mm – No height adjustment on lateral trims (12.5 – 40.5 mm).

– With height adjustment for uneven floors (+ 10 mm) for panels with 50 mm and 100 mm thickness.

– The panels are fitted on-site. We recommend sealing the underside with silicone.

– Other dimensions available on request.

– The chamfer width of the panel is based on the chamfer width of the worktop (2.5 mm or 3.5 mm).

– Screw attachment to on-site base units (no supporting function).

– Needs to be discussed and approved in advance if used with free standing panels.

– Minimum distance to welded items 80 mm.

– When two worktops abut with opposing grinding directions, this may create the effect of them having different surfaces.

Different chamfering is recommended for edge thicknesses to 21 mm and edge thickness > 21 to 100 mm.

Double-up

The hob cavity is fully underglued with a double chipboard. Depending on the undermount situation, this double-up may have to be adjusted on-site.

The first drawer is inoperable dueto doubled frame.

Cupboard cross braces need to be processed and adjusted on-site.

Due to the doubled frame it is impossible to install anoven directly under the hob cavity.
