RTTP Tubing Patch Straddle Pack Installation

Upper Packer Set Final Assy
• Can be installed via coil tubing, electric line, slickline or a combination, of both - this allows operator flexibility and associated cost savings.
• Requires only two trips to set or retrieve this slickline or wireline and up to one or two trips on coil tubing. Saves time and risk compared to conventional tubing stop and pack-off alternatives.
• The use of both RTTP Retrievable Seal Bore Packers and a Floating Seal Assembly can easily accommodate production-tubing movements caused by downhole temperature changes due to well killing, stimulation, and producing operations. Utilizing mechanical compression or tension set packers, wireline pack-offs, as well as inflatables, has little tolerance to production tubing movement. Also large I.D. /O.D. ratio packer creates larger finished bores than competitive systems.
• Each packer can be tested along with all connections of coil tubing as they are run into the well. Allows for removal and replacement of any failed components prior to attempting to flow the well.
• Superior sealing and anchoring system. Multi-durometer packing systems hold pressure from above or below. Bi-directional caged slip design anchors packer in both directions and can handle much higher tail pipe loads.

THRU TUBING GAS LIFT / VELOCITY STRING
BRIDGE PLUG SYSTEM
• Designed for applications when desirable to deepen the Gas Lift injection point without pulling the production tubing, this allows for Gas Lift repair or installation using coil tubing and/or wireline without the expense of a rig.
• Live well operations can easily be tolerated, eliminating the need and expense of well killing programs.
• Each packer can be tested along with all connections of coil tubing as it runs, allowing for removal and replacement prior to attempting to flow the well.
• The Tubing Bridge Plug is designed with a few defining features that differentiate it from conventional cast iron plugs.
• It utilises a specially designed Ecner Array elastomer system to provide structural integrity within the sealing element to withstand the differential pressure
• This eliminates the fragile slotted metal backups normally employed to support the sealing element in the annular area between the plug and the pipe wall, making for a more robust plug design
• The running diameter is smaller than most conventional plugs
• Compact and dependable, the Tubing Bridge Plug is easily set via wireline or pipe. Setting force is maintained by a ratcheting lock ring on top of the Bridge Plug.

RETRIEVABLE BRIDGE PLUG SYSTEM
The Retrievable Bridge Plug (RBG) System can be deployed via coiled tubing, pipe or wireline. Retrieval is accomplished by a straight pull to equalize and again to release. It is utilized using a proven multi-durometer packing system located above bi-directional caged slips. It is available for tubing sizes of 2 3/8” to 4 ½”.
Applications
• One-trip installation. One- trip retrieve Bridge Plug• Straight pull to equalize and release, no downward manipulation
required• Pressure Equalizing Valve opens before release occurs• Bi-Directional caged slip design located below the packing
system provides increased retrievability• Multi durometer packing system increases sealing ability• Standard external fishing neck for reliable latching• Releasing mechanism is not affected by differential pressures;
this allows a reduction of the required release forces to aid the retrieval of wireline
• Once RBP is released, the tool is locked in the release position which allows the ability to work up this will, not re-engage slips
• Temporary abandonment• Zonal isolation• Wellhead change out• Storm Choke• Deployment Plug• Depth Locator for subsequent operations• Selective testing/ Production

RETRIEVABLE CEMENT RETAINER
The Retrievable Cement Retainer (Sliding Sleeve) is a dual seal bore packer with a positive closing sliding sleeve valve deployable via coiled tubing, jointed pipe, or wireline. Retrieval is accomplished by straight pull to release. It utilizes a proven multi-durometer packing system located above bi-directional cage slips. The standard differential pressure rating is 5000 psi at 300 Degree Fahrenheit. Customizations are available for special sizes, corrosive environments, higher temperature or pressure requirements. Available for tubing sizes 2 3/8” to 5 ½”.
NOTE: Other sizes available upon request.
Applications
• One-trip installation. Separate trips using wireline• One-trip retrieve. Straight pull to release, no downward
manipulation required• Modular Gage Rings allow for optimizing seal gap• Bi-Directional caged slips located below the packing system
provide increased retrievability• Multi durometer packing system increases sealing ability• Sliding Sleeve Valve System is positively closed by running toll
removal to prevent cement flow back from below and hold excess hydrostatic head from above
• Release mechanism is not affected by hanging weigh or differential pressures allowing reduction of the required release forces to aid wireline retrieving
• Once Retainer is released, the tool is locked in the released position allowing the ability to work up and down once released and not re-engaged slips
• Cement Retainer• Treatment Isolation
