Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy- All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars, includes GST and 10% commission.- Current prices are valid until Sept 2013.-All tours are subject to weather. Only in particularly bad weather conditions will Clutha River Cruises cancel the departure. Cancellations made by or on the recommendation of Clutha River Cruises, as a direct result of poor weather, will not result in loss of deposit and/or payment.

Cancellation Policy For Group Bookings- Upon receipt of a 20% deposit, a booking will be confirmed.- The balance is to be paid by the 20th of the month following the departure date.- By making a deposit/payment you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions. - Cancellations are to be notified in writing by email and acknowledged by Clutha River Cruises. A $25 administration charge applies to all cancellations. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to departure will not have a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 5 to 30 days prior to departure will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit.  Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to departure will lose the full deposit.

Cancellation Policy For FIT Bookings- Cancellations are to be notified in writing by email and acknowledged by Clutha River Cruises. - Cancellations 30 days or more prior to departure will not have a cancellation fee. Cancellations between 1 to 30 days before will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
