Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers provides the farming community products, research, and insights that will allow growers to
sustainably produce more food, fiber, and fuel with less applied fertilizer materials. AgroLiquid formulations are proprietary. The
product characteristics allow unsurpassed application flexibility for optimal crop response and production efficiency.
These fertilizers uniquely address many of the challenges found in environmentally sensitive agricultural areas while delivering
the crop nutrition demanded in high production agriculture. Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers advocate the principles of
Responsible Nutrient Management®.
This guide has been developed to serve as a reference for agricultural professionals; giving them basic guidelines and product
information to effectively recommend and position AgroLiquid products for greatest effectiveness and benefit to the producer.
These products are unique to the industry. The efficiencies, equivalencies, and application guidelines are the result of years of
replicated research and trials across North America. Recommendations based upon the performance of conventional fertilizer
materials are not applicable to Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers and should not be used for comparative analysis.
Product Quick Reference Guide
Please Note For ALL Products:
* Most effective when applied in band or as a foliar application.
** Not intended to be used as the single source of nutrients, nutrition from this product should be a minor portion of a complete fertility program.
*** Maximum for all products combined should not exceed 10 GPA unless prior history has shown adequate seed safety and good crop establishment.
# Rate for a single application. Multiple applications spaced out over the season can be used to increase total application.
## Compatibility with fertilizers containing phosphorus is problematic and should be avoided.
### Maximum for all products combined should not exceed 2% of the transplant solution unless prior history has shown good crop establishment.
“Jar Test” Perform a jar test as described on page 19 before tank mixing.
Additional information may be found on product labels.
The Performance Equivalency numbers listed on the following charts should only be used for general reference and not definitive recommendations. Actual application rates should be recommended only after review by a trained Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers’ representative.

Analysis and Performance Application Method Considerations
The complete line of Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers may also be used on most turf and ornamental type plants. ^ Fertilizer should not comprise more than 30% of total application spray volume. Total spray volume of 50 GPA or more is recommended.
Crops such as golf course greens, sports turf, ornamental shrubs, trees, & annuals
Recommendations/Notes:
18
Add the required amount of pesticide and fertilizer in the order indicated on the label. If there are no instructions for tank mixing the products, always go from dilute to concentrate. A. Add 1 pint of carrier (water, liquid fertilizer) to each of 2 one-quart jars.
B. To one of the jars add 1/4 teaspoon or 1.2 milliliters of a compatibility agent approved for this use (1/4 teaspoon is equivalent to 2 pints per 100 gallons of spray). Shake or stir gently to mix. (Label JAR 1)
C. Add each product to the jar in the ratio and order that you will add them to the spray tank. Use the W-A-L-E-S sequence when tank-mixing herbicides:
D. Shake the jar for 3-5 seconds after each addition to simulate continuous agitation.
E. When all ingredients have been added, shake the jar again for an additional 5 seconds and let set for approximately 30 minutes. Inspect the mixture for precipitates, sludge, or separation; any may indicate incompatibility.
F. If, after setting for 30 minutes, the components in the jar are dispersed, the pesticide and fertilizer are compatible. If the components are not dispersed in the jar, the pesticide-fertilizer mixture is not compatible and should not be used.
G. Note- that there are certain pesticides that require constant agitation, particularly the Wettable Powders and Dry Flowables such as Atrazine.
H. Determine if the compatibility agent is needed in the spray mixture by comparing the two jars. (JAR 1 contains the compatibility agent) If either mixture separates, but can be remixed readily, the mixture can be sprayed as long as good agitation is used. If the mixtures are incompatible, test the following methods of improving compatibility: (A) slurry the dry pesticide(s) in water before addition, or (B) add 1/2 of the compatibility agent to the fertilizer and the other 1/2 to the emulsifiable concentrate or flowable herbicide before adding to the mixture.
I. It is important to note: a jar test only tests physical incompatibilities, not chemical incompatibilities. The best way to test for chemical incompatibility is to spray the mixture in a small area and check for crop damage or reduced performance.
For dry herbicides: For each pound to be applied per acre, add 1.5 level teaspoons to each jar. For liquid herbicides: For each pint to be applied per acre, add 0.5 teaspoon or 2.5 milliliters to each jar.
Wettable powders or water dispersible granules
Agitate then add adjuvants such as anti-foaming compounds or buffers

Simple Jar Test Instructions:

Timing:
1. Best uptake will occur when the sun is above the horizon because the plant will be photosynthesizing.2. Apply during the time of day when the highest humidity typically occurs. High humidity lowers transpiration and the presence of atmospheric moisture will help with absorption of the nutrients. 3. Applications made when the temperature is below 85 F will improve the effectiveness of the application.4. Avoid foliar applications when the plant is under stress.
Application:
1. Airplane and ground rig applications can both be effective.2. Create a small droplet size that increases surface coverage on the plant. • Use small nozzle size with high pressure. • Use mist sprayers that force the solution throughout the plant for thorough coverage.
Solutions:
Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers provides the full range of nutrients. Many of these nutrients can be foliar applied in addition to their other application uses. This provides the user with unsurpassed flexibility and multiple management options throughout the growing season.
Foliar feeding can be utilized for targeted applications of plant nutrition to a variety of crops. Reasons to make a foliar fertilizer
application may include: 1) to improve crop quality 2) conditions have increased yield expectations beyond those originally planned and
3) to bypass various issues in the soil or water that may be impeding the uptake of soil applied nutrition. There are many considerations
involved in determining the appropriateness of foliar feeding a crop. If you question compatibility, consult an AgroLiquid agronomist or
trained sales representative before making foliar nutrient applications in combination with pesticides or adjuvants.
When it is determined that the potential return justifies the cost, follow these recommendations to increase the effectiveness of a foliar application.
Nutrient Selection:
1. A soil test can be a guide for the nutrients you should target as a foliar application.
2. In-season tissue testing provides a snapshot that may provide guidance.
3. When selecting a fertilizer product, verify that it has low burn potential since it will be applied directly to plant tissue.
4. Attempt to match an application of a particular nutrient with the highest demand period for the crop.
Foliar Feeding Tips:
20
Pro-Germinator: Any method of fluid fertilizer application will produce good results using Pro-Germinator compared to conventional products. (Reference charts in this guide for specific indications) Ample soil phosphorus levels and dry-land crops in arid climates would represent the low end use rates. Soils with low phosphorus levels, high yielding crops and most high-value crops like vegetables, fruits and nut crops, would receive the higher application rates. Sure-K: Demand for applied potassium varies from crop to crop. A soil test is recommended to determine the potential production limitations that available potassium levels may induce. The indicated needs determine the amount of Sure-K to be applied. Sure-K aligns well with management practices utilized across all crops, and its unique characteristics make it possible to apply this product at planting time as well as at side-dress for row crops. It is gentle to live plant tissue, making Sure-K an excellent nutritional component in situations where foliar or fertigation applications are desired. This flexibility allows application timing to match the nutrient needs of the crop as well as the improved operational efficiency when scheduled applications can be combined. Prescriptive applications of readily usable potassium benefit crops where quality is important to profitability.

Copper is catalyst charged for optimum movement of copper in the plants. When organic matter content of the soil is greater than 2½ to 4%, copper deficiencies may result. Copper in the liquid form satisfies this need better than other materials presently available.
Iron is catalyst charged chelated iron. Since iron applied to the soil quickly reverts to forms unavailable to plants, particularly at high pH levels, the microLink catalyst charged chelated iron is unique in that it helps provide iron incrementally, converting into a usable form as the crop needs it; meeting the crop demand.

FAFASE2: growth nutrients are intended for foliar application in perennial woody crops. Formulated to stimulate growth while promoting greater fruit set and bud retention, FASE2 is quickly assimilated into the plant providing additional nutrients and energy for growth and yield enhancement. Notable increased trunk girth, greater lateral development, and more vertical growth may be observed in young trees, thus allowing them to reach production size sooner or enhance the initial year of production. FASE2 also benefits both the yield and quality of production in established perennials. If intended as a single annual foliar application, apply up to 2 gal/A. If multiple foliar applications are intended per season, use up to 2 qt per acre per application.
