DFI’s Long Product Life Support

DFI is dedicated to providing long life manufacturing support for the embedded market.

DFI’s product availability commitment for all embedded products is 7 years as defined by:

7-year life cycle spans from DFI product launch to last shipments

7-year life cycle includes an End of Life (EOL) period which is typically 18 months

- Product EOL notifications typically issued between 66-72 months of

production followed by

• 6 month last time order period followed by

• 6 month last time ship period

The life cycle stage of each product will vary in length depending on the actual EOL notice from Intel and AMD. Once DFI receives the EOL notice of a certain processor or chipset, we will issue an EOL notice of all related products 6-12 months prior to its actual EOL.
