Material – SteelSubstrate• ZA255 Galvalloy hot-dip alloy coated steel (95% Zn/5% Al) to
BS EN 10214: 1995, for HPS200 and Celestia.• Galvalloy, hot-dipped zinc coated steel to BS EN 10147: 1992.
Grade Fe E220G with a Z275 zinc coating, for PVDF.• Standard external sheet thickness 0.63mm, standard internal
sheet thickness 0.63mm. Other thicknesses can be supplied tospecial order.
Coatings – External Weather Sheet• HPS200 Plastisol: 200 micron thick high performance coating
applied to the weatherside of the panel. Designed to achieve high levels of durability and colour stability is highly resistant to damage in transit and on-site.
• PVDF: 27 micron thick stove fluorocarbon coating which has excellent colour stability even at temperatures as high as 120ºC.
• Celestia: 120 micron thick Plastisol coating. 16 metallic colours.• Reverse side of sheet coated with grey polyester coating.• The steel is available in either plain or stucco embossed finish.
Coatings-Internal Liner Sheet• Lining Enamel: 15 micron thick coating developed for use for
the internal lining of insulated panels. Standard colour is ‘brightwhite’ with an easy clean surface.
• HPS200 Plastisol: 200 micron thick coating used in areas where there is high internal humidity, or a corrosive environment.
• Stelvetite Foodsafe: This is a 120 micron thick chemically inertpolymer film bonded to steel substrate for cladding of cold stores, food processing buildings and other hygiene applications.
• Reverse side of sheet coated with a light grey polyester coating.• The sheet is available in either plain or stucco embossed finish.
Insulation Core• Polyisocyanurate (PIR): with zero ozone depletion (Zero ODP).

Guarantees & WarrantiesKingspan will provide external coating and product warranties andguaranties on an individual project basis.
PackingStandard PackingKingspan KS600/900/1000 LS panels are stacked horizontallyalternate face up and require turning over during unpacking /erection.Removable hot melt adhesive is laid between each panel. The topbottom, sides and each end are protected with polystyrene andtimber packing and the entire pack is wrapped in polythene. The number of panels in each pack depends on the panelthickness, as shown in the table. Typical pack height is 1100mm.
Sea FreightFully timber crated packs are available on projects requiringdelivery by sea freight shipping, at additional cost. Alternatively, steel containers can be used. Special loading charges apply.
DeliveryAll deliveries (unless indicated otherwise) are road transport toproject site. Off loading is the responsibility of the client.
Site Installation Procedure We recommend that panels are installed using mechanical liftingmethods. Site assembly instructions are available from theKingspan Technical Design Bureau.
