Pressure relief valve for setting the operating pressure with connection ports for a burst disc safety assembly, pressure sensor and a pressure gauge positioning assembly. The pressure gauge and other ancillaries must be purchased separately in accordance with the pump operating pressure.

Electrically controlled, pneumatically operated multi tool valve as 3/2-way valve. Mounted on a plastic pallet, complete with control unit, EMERGENCY STOP switch and connections for control cable. All parts which get in contact with the medium are made of stainless material. High pressure inlet and outlet M 30 x 2 (without pressure ring and pressure screw).

Multi tool valves, electrical, up to 3000 bar as 2/2 way valve, for use with blasting guns Electrically controlled changeover valve with 2 pneumatically actuated 2/2 way valves per consumer. Assembled on a frame complete with terminal box, emergency STOP switch and control cable connection. The valve has two M 30 x 2 female high pressure connections and one M 22 x 1,5 male connection for non pressurised bypass water discharge. All medium bearing components are manufactured from non rusting materials.
These changeover valves are used in conjunction with E or MBE blasting guns. For operating pressures up to 1800 bar use the standard pressure regulating valve (PRV) and for operating pressures above 1800 PRV code no. 00.05865.0122 must be used. Please check with our technical dept. for precise application conditions.

Multi tool valves - mechanical - up to 1500 bar
The type MVV mechanical valve directs the water flow equally or unequally to the individual jetting tools. The pressurised water controlled MVV is designed for use with mechanical bypass guns or with pneumatic bypass valves (tumble boxes). In bypass mode the flow within the valve is regulated by an adjustable flow diverter. The MVV is supplied completely with pressure gauge and mounting frame and is offered as independent, self contained accessory. No electrical or pneumatic lines are necessary.

The pressure outlets are designed for 12 mm i/d hoses (M 24 x 1,5 DKO). The 1500 bar blasting guns however are handled easier with 10 mm i/d hose (M 22 x 1,5 DKL). In this case the necessary reduction nipples must be installed.

Splitting nozzles,
accessories for multi tool valves
The splitting nozzle is directly installed at a pressure discharge. Within it the input pressure is reduced to ambient pressure. The diverter passage size is progressively adjustable from fully closed to fully open and can divert a wide range of flow rates. The depressurised water emits from a side outlet. The function can be compared to an adjustable nozzle. It is compact and generates only a minimum of noise.

Splitting nozzles, accessories for multi tool valves The bypass nozzle is directly installed at a pressure discharge. Within it the input pressure is reduced to ambient pressure. By selecting and fitting a nozzle insert (Type A, B, P or T, not included in this assembly) the flow through volume, especially when using a blasting gun, can be exactly adjusted. The depressurised water emits from a side outlet. A leakage bore at the rear of the assembly serves as a wear indicator.

Examples of individually arranged
surface preparation systems
As an alternative to individually driven rotaries several rotary drives can now be driven by a single hydraulic motor using a ribbed drive belt. This functional principle provides a clear separation between the water and oil hydraulics. The motor rating is installed to suit the working width. No special tools are required for maintenance and wearing parts are quickly and easily accessible.

Slew action jetting device
