ORGANIC COCONUT OIL

Our organic coconut oil is made from the meat of ripe coconuts. These are harvested by hand and brought to the oil mill. There, the fresh fruit meat is grated, dried and carefully cold-pres-sed and filtered. The result is a heat stable, aromatic oil which is neither refined nor bleached.

Coconut Oil crystallizes at temperatures below 26°C and is therefore – depending on the season – liquid or firm. This is why it is named ‚coconut fat‘ in many countries.

Usage:

Coconut Oil is very heat stable and therefore suitable for cooking, frying and baking. It imparts every dish a mild coconut flavor. Additionally, it can be used for skin and hair care.

ORGANIC COCONUT BLOSSOM VINEGAR & VINAIGRETTE

The coconut blossom sap derives from the inflorescence of the coconut tree. Besides enzymes, it is rich in vitamins and minerals. The nutrients cause a natural process of fermen-tation. During the maturing, sediments develop that are distinctive to pure, untreated organic coconut blossom vinegar.

Our organic coconut blossom vinegar is unique and not to be confused with conventional coconut vinegar which is made of old coconut water.

Coconut Vinaigrette is an oilfree seasoning sauce, based on naturally fermented Coconut Blossom Vinegar in a composition with finest Coconut Blossom Syrup. During several months of maturation the unique taste develops.

”Nectar Dream“ has a fruity taste and ”Exotic Blossom“ tastes full-bodied.

We would like to introduce our vegan and clean label organic coconut milk powder (with 63% fat content).

It is worldwide unique as it contains ZERO additives like malt dextrose or any other sugars / emulsifiers – it contains 100% organic coconut ingredients and is freeze dried in Germany.

It is different in application and usage from regular milk powder:If you just add water to it, it has a hard time to dissolve, we recommend that you put it in a blender with warm water, which will give very good results.

There will be a slight amount of non-soluble fibers, which can only be felt by sensitive clients. On the other hand, the aroma is a lot more intensive, as we do not use additives that dilute the coconut part of other milk powders.

Usage:

as a healthy drink on the side, as basis of smoothies, shakes and during and after sports, our organic coconut water is always a pure delight.

Organic Creamed Coconut (also known as ‚coconut butter‘) is a natural, pure product, made from the finely ground coconut meat.

Organic Coconut Blossom Syrup is still manufactured traditionally out of the blossom sap of the coconut tree. First the inflorescence is cut and the sweet, nutritious sap is collected. Right afterwards it is boiled down to syrup. As it is neither bleached nor refined, the result is a sweet, golden-brown syrup with a pleasant caramel flavor.

Coconut Blossom Syrup is the perfect alternative to maple and agave syrup. In comparison to these, it has a high potassium content. The biological diversity is protected as the coconut trees grow in their natural environment and the focus is set on sustainable farming.

Our suppliers are peasant farmers.

Usage:

Just like the syrup, the organic Coconut Blossom Sugar is also made from the fresh sap of the coconut blossom. If it is heated a considerable time, the sap turns into syrup and then starts crystallizing into small sugar pieces. It is neither refined nor bleached.

Coconut Blossom Sugar is easily soluble, has a soft caramel flavor and is high in potassium. Furthermore, it protects the biodiversity as the coconut trees grow in their natural environ-ment and as the focus is on sustainable farming. All the suppliers are peasant farmers.

Usage:

Organic Coconut Flour is made from the coconut‘s fresh, white meat. First the fruit meat is carefully dried under controlled temperatures, afterwards the oil is cold-pressed. What is left over after the oil extraction is then dried and finely ground into our coconut flour. It is charac-terized by its intense flavor and natural sweetness.

Organic Coconut Flour has a high, for flour unusual, amount of proteins. Additionally it is gluten-free and very high in fibers, therefore it is an enrichment for the conscious and pleasure-loving diet.

Usage:

Organic coconut flour can be used as a 10-15% substitute for wheat flour in conventional recipes. Due to its natural sweetness, it is possible to bake with less sugar. It can also be stirred into muesli, yoghurt, shakes, smoothies and dips or to thicken sauces.
