VitalWOOD® Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF)

VitalWOOD® MDF is the product formed from the highest quality fiber of Eucalyptus/ Rubber/ Hevea wood chips as the raw material bonded by heat with synthetic resin glue and pressed into sheets in continuous process under computerized control. The sheet that have thickness range between 6 - 25 mm. are cut in 1,220 mm. X 2,440 mm. size or 4' X 8'. The quality is unique all through and capable of being machined into all sorts of furniture and building materials because of its evenly flat and smooth surface VitalWOOD® MDF board can be used in construction and furniture industries. Machinability and ease of finishing are just some of the premium properties of MDF. The surface is flat, smooth, dense, and free from grain patterns; therefore provide excellent finishing and quality. The homogeneous construction of VitalWOOD® MDF allows it to be easily moulded, embossed, edge profiled, routed, painted, laminated, foiled, veneered, or printed.

Furthermore, VitalWOOD® MDF offers direct savings due to lower price per unit volume, while still retaining good quality and attractive technical characteristics. Our product is used extensively in furniture manufacturing such as table tops, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, sideboards, chair seats and back rests, doors and shelves, as well as building material in wall paneling, flooring, and ceiling.

VitalPLY® WBP Marine Plywood

VitalPLY® WBP Marine Plywood is made of bonded WBP and follows the British Standard. Our product is proven to be highly resistant to weather, micro-organisms, boiling water, steam, and dry heat.

VitalPLY® WBP marine plywood has advantages in terms of durability, strength, workability, and is resistant to warping. The type of adhesive bond used is Phenol

Formaldehyde (PF). It will meet BS Standards water resistance requirements after immersion in boiling water for 72 hours.

VitalPLY® WBP Marine plywood is specially designed to resist high moisture environment, and is therefore it is

ideal for use in Exterior world, roofing, ship/ boat building, kitchens and areas which are exposed to weather, and extreme temperatures.

VitalBOARD® Hard Board

VitalBOARD® is superior quality hardboard and it

is a form of manufactured board that has become extremely popular in recent years. Because of its comparative cheapness it has replaced plywood for many purposes. VitalBOARD® is made mainly from softwood logs. These have the bark and defects removed and are then reduced to chips. These chips are further reduced to small fibers which are mixed with hardening and bonding agents to form a thick pulp. The pulp is then formed in hot presses to make the VitalBOARD®. Application: Window pelmets, door panels, ceiling, cupboard backing etc. Availability: 3mm-12mm thickness and 8’*4’ standard size
