SACPIPECONNECTION SYSTEMSacpipe Connection System is a complete system for rehabilitation of sewer pipes in buildings. It is installed with compressed air technology, both in horizontal and standing pipes and through all bends and connections.

The material is cured inside the poor pipes and creates a new self-supporting pipe systems with a durability that matches new PP pipes. Sacpipe Connection System uses a Brawoliner and Sacparts components.

HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL SEWER PIPESA pipe made by flexible seamless liner always provide a predetermined thickness, along and around the pipe. The liner in Sacpipe Connection System can be found in dimensions 50-225 mm.

BENDSThe liner in Sacpipe Connection System is very flexible and excellent to install in pipes with bends. The liner can be installed in multiple bends up to 90° without disturbing folds.

DIMENSIONAL CHANGESChanges in diameter is a major challenge for many relining methods but not for Sacpipe Connetions System. The liner is so flexible that it makes it possible to install when having several dimensional changes in the pipe.

BRANCH PIPESThe weakest point in a sewage system is usually the branches. When installing Sacpipe Connection Sys-tem prefabricated branch pipes is used regardless of the size and design of branches.

NEW CONNECTIONSNew connections can quickly and safely be installed using the Sacparts New Pipe. Perfect for new con-nections on existing pipe for the kitchen drain.

STANDARDIZED TRANSITIONSSacpart Relining Connection secures the transition from a conventional pipe to renovated pipes.

LINERBRAWOLINER

Our flexible and seamless liner is the basis for a self-supporting piping system, that can handle dimensional changes and 90° bends without any wrinkles or folds. The new sewer pipes will get a predetermined wall thickness with a smooth inner surface. The new pipes are very strong and resi-stant after curing. The characteristics are similar to a new, conventional industrial manufactured sewer pipes.

BRAWOLINER HTHT is Brawoliners series of liner for high demands. There are HT variants of all the standard liners

2D, 3D, 4D, FIX and XT. The Brawoliner HT is de-signed for high and variable temperatures, as can occur for example in industrial areas or in private houses.

The liner has dimensional stability for heat up to 93°C. The Brawoliner HT rehabilitation system me-ets all structural requirements and has the DIBt approval for the rehabilitation of drainage systems within buildings

BRANCH PIPESSACPARTS

In the Sacpipe Connection System, branch pipes are always installed with an overlap. This will result in a seamless waste water pipe system that is 100% leak free. Installing branch pipes will give a superior advantage and guarantee the quality for many years.

Sacparts provide a form-fitting solution for lateral and horizontal pipes connections. From a diameter of 70 mm up to 225 mm. When using our branch pipe tools and a form fitted branch pipe a quick, easy and reliable renovation will be achieved even on sewer pipes in poor condition. • Form-fitted branch pipes for renovation of existing

RELINING CONNECTIONSACPARTS

The Sacparts Relining Connection is included in the Sacpipe Connection System. It is designed to secu-re the connection between standard waste water pipes and the relined pipe system. The connection is 100% leak-free throughout, to ensure that no moisture can penetrate between the new relining and the old pipe.

The Jet clamp is included in the Relining Connection package. The recommended sealant Sikaflex-521 FC that is sold separately.

The installation guide has easy-to-follow instructions on how to install the Relining Connection in a quick, safe and reliable way. The result will be a safe and leak-free connection. The Relining Connection is a major part of Sacpipe Connection System and will of course work perfectly well together with other types of relining, where a secure connection is required.

IMPREGNATION UNITS SACTOOLSTools to evenly distribute the epoxy when impreg-nating a flexible liner. The impregnation units are perfect tools for achieving the best results regarding thickness and distribution of epoxy in the liner, which improves the final result considerably!

Sacpro provides packer covers in many different standard designs. We also manufacture customi-zed versions of the packer cover.

There are two different packer cover material. One that must be lubricated with grease and one that is a multilayer material with a silicone surface. A silicone surface means that it does not need to be lubricated with grease, but it is still very easy to cle-an. Both materials are flexible and stretchable and maintains additional installations, while being easy to work with.

We have made it possible to install Branch Pipes in places where it, in the past, was impossible or an extra hole in the wall was required.

The Sactools Flextool is an extremely flexible, yet rotatably tool that guides the branch pipes into the right position. The tool is guided into place with flexible rods (Sactools Flexrod) and is compliant with Rigid® push-rods. The packer cover is replaceable.

CENTRALIZERThis is the perfect tool for keeping the branch pipe tool and the packer in the centre of the pipe when installing branch pipes in dimensions from 150-225 mm. HEAT CURING STEAM GENERATORSBy adding heat during the curing process, the installation will be both safer and much faster. With determined temperature, the risk of ending up with an installation that isn’t completely cured is elimi-nated.

SACTOOLS STEAM UNIT MEDIUMSactools Steam Unit Medium can be used inside all real estates where 3-phase, 400v, 16a outlet is available. Quick start-up, free from diesel spills and fumes. Continuous water connection to the steam unit allows continuous operation.

With the Sactools Pressure/Vacuum Box S3 there is no need to switch between pressure or vacuum devices. Instead one single lever is used. The Pressure/Vacuum Box is designed to make the preparation and installation of branch pipes easier and safer. It is portable and can easily be used on the floor, attached to a wall or a work bench. Simply connect a compressed air hose for both pressure and vacuum. It has a top quality built-in precision regulator and vacuum ejector. PRESSURE GUARD

SACTOOLS PRESSURE GUARDAvoid liner collapse during the curing process. The Pressure Guard is a warning device that will send you an alert through a text message, if the pressure in the installation becomes too low, or if there is a power shutdown. The Pressure Guard eases the installers workload as he is not required to be on site during the entire curing process and can proceed with other work duties.

Several cell phone numbers can be programmed with the included software. This is an easy to use, very cost efficient and reassurance device that will eliminate unpleasant surprises when returning to a cured installation.

DANCUTTER SUPER FLEXExtremely flexible and user-friendly cutter that can work in small pipes. The stainless steel frame contains 25 or 50 m supply hose which the cutter is fixed direct on to. The supply hose is supplying air, sprinkler and power to the cutter and is used to push the cutter to the working position hereafter the control of the cutter takes place on the supplied control panel.

DANCUTTER MINIBIKEIncredibly flexible cutter who can work in small pipe dimensions. Goes through a 50 degrees bend in a 50 mm pipe. In a 70 mm pipe, it can go through several successively 90° angles.

The operator has a very good contact with the cutter at work, which he manages laterally through the 2 wires that are attached to the handlebars. The

INSTALLING AN OPEN-END LINERThe calibration hose is primarily used when in-stalling an open-end liner. When curing with high temperatures use a high-temperature calibration hose. As an extra precaution, we recommend that you bring a calibration hose of every dimension for each installation, in case of a leak or puncturein the liner.

GLUING OF PLUGThe technique gluing of plug is used on installations with an open-ended liner. The technique is also call-led tearback system. Omaplata is used as the end of the liner, the plug, when gluing plug.

Novaflex 9000 thermal adhesive is cured at about 60 degrees. It is used for gluing the Omaplata to the liner coating when gluing a plug. A Heat gun is used to cure the glue.

PULL STRAPThe pull strap is used to control the speed of the installation and will give the installer the possibility to rewind the liner. One end of the pull strap is attached at the centre axle of the Extruder (Inversion drum), the other end is attached to the farther end of the liner that is to be installed. The pull strap is required to be longer than the liner.
