About IPSHK The Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Hong Kong (the “IPSHK”) was first established in 1973 and was incorporated as a Limited by Guarantee (under Company Ordinance Chap.32) in February 1996. Since 1975, IPSHK has been a Member Association of the International Federation of Purchasing & Supply Management (the “IFPSM”) registered in Bristol UK, which consists of 48 professional purchasing associations in 45 countries. The major objective of the Institute is to promote professionalism in the purchasing and supply disciplines through exchange among its members and with local & international organizations of similar fields.
