Process to install the Adobe Cloud at Home

1. Log into the adobe website http://www.adobe.com

2. Sign In with your district email address and the district password.

3. *If you are prompted for Adobe ID or Enterprise ID, choose Enterprise ID.*

4. Login with your district email and district password again.

5. Once you are in the screen you will need to choose, Download Apps under creative cloud

6. Click Download on the program you want to install. In this instance Photoshop was chosen

7. Click on the installer that was downloaded below.

8. Login with your District Email and District Password

9. Click Start Installing

10. You will see the Complete screen

11. You will then need to open the Adobe Desktop App on your desktop to install other programs.

12. A. Select the arrow that is on the install button of the software you want to install.

Then select manage.

B. Then click Other Versions

13. Select the version of the install that matches what you have installed at your site (School) and

click install. (The date is not always listed. A chart of each software is at the end of this

document.)

14. This will begin the installation.

15. This will work for all other programs you wish to install.

16. You are only allowed to activate the software on 2 devices. You will see this box if you do so.

17. You will need to sign out of one of them to activate it on another. Once you sign out you will see

this screen and you can install it on another.

Remember at your school or site we have only pushed the 2018 version of the adobe products.

If you download the 2019 their may be features that will not be compatible if you work on

something at home and bring it in to school to continue to work on. So here are the screenshots

of the versions of each software that will need to be installed using the Adobe desktop app at

your school or site so that you can match the version. You can download the newer version, but

you may have compatibility issues. There are other pieces, but we have not installed that

software at your sites.
