Problems finding Banking Law resources? Nigel tells me you're having a few problems finding materials for Banking Law. Just thought I'd highlight some key resources that are readily available online:
1. Butterworth’s Banking Law Handbook (via Lexis) 2. Encyclopedia of Banking Law (via Lexis) 3. Paget's Law of Banking (via Lexis) 4. Journal of International Banking Law (via Westlaw) 5. Journal of International Banking & Financial Law (via Lexis)
These can be a bid fiddly to find online but I’ll try and highlight below how to do this:
LEXIS:
1. Choose the Commentary tab!
2. Click on Browse…

3. Scroll down the alphabetical list…
4. Click the title you want e.g. Encyclopaedia of Banking Law
5. Tick the box next to that title to search whole volume
6. Stick some keywords in…

WESTLAW: Easiest way to find journals is via Lawbore – City Hub – E-Library (Journals)
And here’s your results!
Click on the title of the journal you want and it’ll go straight into Westlaw!
