When you think of a meeting room what do you envision? Typically most see the florescent lighting, the long rectangular table with the CEO or president at one end, and the board of directors between him and the client.

This project will be the installation of a collaborative workspace that easily enables users to share their ideas and concepts through network systems and automated searches. It will organize the process of generating concepts by providing a constructive means of bringing new information to the table. The automated services will help illuminate each person to another's ideas, and allow users to collaborate and critique one another’s work in an organized and composed process.

Process and Functionality

Meeting Room Re-envisioned:

The use of a touch table to pass around ideas and concepts

User can speak or gesture to the CPU to search, give commands, record certain ideas, etc

The use of a queue/ conch shell, where people involved in the meeting can request a turn to speak, share their own ideas, etc.
