Emitters shall be Salco model SLV-PS Pro-Spec Series pressure-compensating emitters as manufactured by Weathermatic Division of Telsco Industries, with (optional) TrucheckTM check valve.

CONSTRUCTION: Emitters shall be manufactured from high-impact, UV-inhibited engineering grade plastics for use in point source irrigation applications. Emitters shall have ¼” barbed base for punch installation into flexible distribution hose. Flow rates of one-half, one, two or four gallons per hour shall be clearly marked in GPH and color-coded for easy identification except where camouflage colored plastics are specified to blend with landscape materials. Optional camouflage blend plastics shall be Granite Camo (G), Desert Camo (D), Mulch Camo (M) as identified in the irrigation plan or drawings.

Multi-outlet emitters shall have either ¼” barbed inlet and six ¼” barbed outlets.

OPERATION: Pressure compensating design shall deliver uniform nominal flows +/- 10% over a range of 5-65 psi. TrucheckTM models with positive internal check valve and spring shall hold back 9.25’ of elevated water (2,77m). Filtration: 100-150 mesh. WARRANTY: Emitters and internal positive check valve shall have a manufacturer’s limited warranty of not less than two (2) years.
